 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE THESE COMMENTS WITHIN 60
 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE COMMENTS (BY FEBRUARY 8,
 2016), THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY
 FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT
 APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($200).
  
 1) THE SITE, CIVIL AND LANDSCAPE PLANS SHOW DIFFERENT
 CONDITIONS (EX. BELOW). ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW SAME
 CONDITIONS.
  
 A. THE DRIVEWAYS/ENTRANCES ARE SHOWN IN DIFFERENT
 CONFIGURATIONS ON SITE/LANDSCAPE VS. CIVIL. NOTE: THE
 WALKWAY TO THE RIGHT-OF-WAY BY THE NORTH BUILDING DOES
 NOT LOOK LIKE IT WILL FUNCTION PROPERLY AS SHOWN ON THE
 SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS.
 B. THE BICYCLE RACK BY THE NORTH BUILDING SHOWN ON THE
 CIVIL PLAN DOES NOT APPEAR ON EITHER THE SITE OR
 LANDSCAPE PLAN, THOUGH THERE IS TAG MARKER FOR A
 BICYCLE RACK ON THE SITE PLAN.
 C. THE CIVIL PLAN SHOWS A CURB AT THE HEAD OF THE
 PARKING SPACES WHILE THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOW
 NO CURB. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT LANDSCAPE SHALL BE
 PROTECTED FROM VEHICULAR ENCROACHMENT.
  
 2) THE PARKING DETAIL SHOWS 8.5 FOOT WIDE SPACES AND
 THE SPACES ON THE PLAN SCALE THAT DIMENSION. THE
 DIMENSION TAG IS NINE (9) FEET. ADDITIONALLY, THE
 PARKING SPACES SCALE AT 18.5 FEET DEEP, WHICH CONFLICTS
 WITH THE DIMENSION TAG AND THE DETAIL.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE WIDTH DIMENSIONS FOR THE TERMINAL AND
 INTERIOR PARKING ISLANDS.
  
 4) REPEAT COMMENT: THE PARKING DETAIL SHOWS THE ADA
 SIGN IN THE NEIGHBORING PARKING SPACE (HEAD TO HEAD
 PARKING). THE ADA STRIPING LOCATIONS (2 INCHES APART)
 DO NOT MATCH THE CITY STANDARD DETAIL, WHICH REQUIRES
 THE SAME SIX (6) INCH SPACING AS THE REGULAR PARKING
 SPACES HAVE. ADDITIONALLY, NO WHEEL STOPS ARE SHOWN ON
 THE PARKING DETAIL. BASED ON THE DEPICTED FIVE (5) FOOT
 WIDE LANDSCAPE BUFFER, WHEEL STOPS WILL BE REQUIRED AND
 SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE DETAIL AND THE PLAN.
  
 5) THE SOUTH BUILDING HAS TWO ELEVATIONS LABELED AS
 WEST ELEVATION - PLEASE CORRECT.
  
  
 6) REPEAT COMMENT: THE PBC TRAFFIC LETTER ONLY APPROVES
 7,605 SQUARE FEET OF WAREHOUSE USE. THE TWO BUILDINGS
 TOTAL 7,641 SQUARE FEET. THE REVISED TRAFFIC APPROVAL
 LETTER HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY STAFF.
  
 7) THE BICYCLE PARKING DETAIL SHOWS TWO RACKS ON ONE
 PAD. THE PLANS SHOW EITHER ONE OR TWO PADS HAVING ONE
 RACK. ALL DETAILS SHALL SHOW SITE CONDITIONS AND THE
 CORRECT DIMENSIONS. THE BICYCLE PAD DIMENSION SHALL BE
 INCLUDED ON THE SITE AND/OR CIVIL PLANS.
  
 8) THE SITE DATA TABLE SHALL BE CORRECTED AS FOLLOWS:
  
 A. THE PARKING REQUIRED FOR 400 SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE
 IS ONE (1) PARKING SPACE (LESS THAN 50% OF A PARKING
 SPACE ROUNDS DOWN).
 B. THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES REQUIRED IS EIGHT
 (8) PARKING SPACES.
 C. THERE ARE TWO (2) PROVIDED ADA PARKING SPACES.
 D. THERE ARE TWO (2) PROVIDED LOADING SPACES.
 E. THERE ARE EITHER TWO (2) OR FOUR (4) PROVIDED
 BICYCLE PARKING SPACES.
  
 9) PROVIDE THE DIMENSION OF THE LOADING SPACES ON THE
 SITE PLAN.
  
 10) PROVIDE THE DIMENSION OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE ON
 THE SITE PLAN. PLEASE NOTE THAT STAFF HAS SCALED THE
 ENCLOSURE AS SHOWN AND IT DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY STANDARD DETAIL INCLUDED ON
 THE SITE PLAN.
  
 11) THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS ADJACENT TO THE DUMPSTER
 SHALL INCLUDE TREES TO TERMINATE THE PARKING ROWS.
  
 12) REPEAT COMMENT: THE ROOT BARRIER DETAIL SHALL
 REFERENCE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH UTILITIES NOT PALM
 BEACH COUNTY UTILITIES.
  
 13) AT THE PPRC MEETING, THE ENGINEERING SERVICES
 REPRESENTATIVES PERMITTED THE TWO DRIVEWAYS AND THE
 SPACING BETWEEN THEM - WAIVER FROM SECTION 94-313(1)
 AND SECTION 94-313(2).
