 1. PLEASE CONFIRM THE NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES THAT ARE
 BEING ACCOUNTED FOR USING THE "STACKERS". I BELIEVE IT
 IS 10, BUT I NEED CONFIRMATION.
  
 2. PLEASE CLARIFY WHY THE TOP OF THE MECHANICAL
 ENCLOSURE / ELEVATOR SHAFT HAS INCREASED FROM WHAT WAS
 PREVIOUSLY APPROVED.
  
 3. THE CROSS-SECTION SHOWING THE INCREASED / RELOCATED
 SQUARE FOOTAGE INDICATES THAT 163 PARKING SPACES ARE
 PROPOSED; SHEET A-2 INDICATES 148 SPACES. PLEASE ENSURE
 THAT ALL PLANS ARE CONSISTENT.
  
 4. SHEET SP-1 REFERS TO FENCE DETAILS ON SHEET SP-2,
 BUT NO DETAILS ARE SHOWN. I THINK THE SITE PLAN SHOULD
 JUST HAVE A GENERIC REFERENCE TO THE EDSA PLANS FOR ALL
 DETAILS PERTAINING TO HARDSCAPE, FENCE, GATE, SIGNS,
 ETC.
  
 5. SHEET SP-1 REFERS TO A PRIVACY WALL ON SHEET SP-2,
 BUT NO DETAILS ARE SHOWN.
  
 6. THERE IS A PARKING SPACE SHOWN ON THE LOWER LEVEL
 PARKING (SHEET A-1) IN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE
 GARAGE THAT APPEARS TO BE SHOWN INSIDE OF AN ENCLOSED
 STORAGE AREA. I DON?T BELIEVE THIS WAS USED IN THE
 PARKING COUNT, BUT IT SHOULD BE REMOVED.
  
 AS WE CONTINUE THROUGH THE PERMITTING PROCESS...
  
 1. DETAILS WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED REGARDING THE SHADE
 STRUCTURES PROPOSED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE POOL DECK.
  
 ITEMS THAT CAN BE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IF NOT
 ADDRESSED AT THIS TIME...
  
 1. DETAILS NEED TO BE PROVIDED FOR GATES G-01 AND G-03,
 AND FENCE F-01.
  
 2. CONTINUE TO REFINE THE LANDSCAPE SCREENING OF THE
 UTILITIES LOCATED ALONG FLAGLER DRIVE (ADJACENT TO THE
 SERVICE DRIVE)...I SPOKE WITH JENNIFER ABOUT THIS.
  
 3. LANDSCAPING WITHIN THE VIEW CORRIDOR NEEDS TO BE OF
 A HEIGHT THAT DOES NOT BLOCK THE VIEW TO THE
 INTRACOASTAL (THIS MAY BE A MAINTENANCE ISSUE MORE THAN
 ANYTHING).

 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
