 I REVIEWED THE LANDSCAPE PLANS, AND PROVIDE THE
 FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF WATER, SEWER,
 DRAINAGE, LIGHTING AND FPL EQUIPMENT ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN AND REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO RESOLVE ANY
 CONFLICTS.
  
 2. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A CHART SHOWING TOTAL
 TREES BEING PROVIDED ON THE PROPOSED PLAN TOWARD
 MITIGATION FOR THE TREES REMOVED PER THE TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT.
  CALCULATIONS WERE NOT FOUND IN THE SUBMITTAL.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE INCLUDE A ROOT BARRIER DETAIL AND
 SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT
 INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES
 WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY
 FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 4. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE LIVING
 WALL.
  THE DETAIL IS LACKING A REFERENCE TO THE PLANT
 MATERIAL PROPOSED. (REFERS TO SHEET LX-XX)
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
  
 5. THE LIVE OAK TREES ADDED AT THE LAST REVISION
 LOCATED ON THE SOUTH FACADE NEXT TO THE SERVICE GARAGE
 DOOR HAVE BEEN DELETED. THE ORIGINAL PURPOSE WAS TO
 PROVIDE COVER OF THE BLANK WALL VIEWED FROM THE
 PROPERTY TO THE SOUTH. PODOCARPUS HAS BEEN SPECIFIED AT
 10 FEET OVERALL AT PLANTING AS A HEDGE ALONG THE WALL.
 THERE IS A CONCERN THAT VENTS AND ACCESS AREAS IN THE
 WALL WILL AFFECT THE HEDGE HEIGHT NEGATIVELY. CONSIDER
 ADDING PALMS TO THE AREA TO COMPENSATE AND PROVIDE
 ADDED SCREENING.
  
 6. PLEASE EXPLAIN THE PURPOSE OF THE ARTIFICIAL TURF
 STRIP NEAR THE FRONT ENTRANCE INSTEAD OF PAVING OR
 LANDSCAPE PLANTERS.
  
 JOHN HAS ALREADY MENTIONED CONTINUED REFINEMENT ON THE
 HEIGHT AND LOCATIONS OF THE LANDSCAPE SCREENING FOR THE
 UTILITIES.
