 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. ELEVATION POINTS AT EACH OF THE DIFFERENT AREAS. IT
 IS UNCLEAR WHAT THE VARIOUS LEVELS ARE AND HOW THE
 TRANSITIONS OCCUR.
  
 2. CROSS SECTIONS AND/OR DETAILS OF ALL WALLS, FENCES,
 RETAINING WALLS, VEHICULAR GATES, ETC. BE SURE TO
 INCLUDE GRADE LEVELS AND THE HEIGHTS OF THE ELEMENTS.
  
 3. DETAILS ON THE WATER FEATURE. IT IS UNCLEAR ON THE
 SITE PLAN IF THIS IS AT-GRADE, ELEVATED, ETC.
  
 4. PUBLIC WALKWAY LABEL NORTH OF THE BUILDING IS
 POINTING TO THE WRONG LOCATION.
  
 5. WHAT IS THE BASIS OF THE GEOMETRIC CONFIGURATION OF
 THE PUBLIC WALKWAY? THIS DOESN?T SEEM CONDUCIVE TO HOW
 PEOPLE WOULD COMFORTABLY USE THIS SPACE. ADDITIONALLY,
 IT APPEARS THAT THE AMOUNT OF THE PUBLIC WALKWAY
 ADJACENT TO THE SEAWALL HAS BEEN REDUCED. PLEASE
 CLARIFY. NOTE CONDITION #12 OF RESOLUTION NO. 140-14.
  
 6. THE FOUR (4) AREAS LABELED AS ?LANDSCAPE WALL? AND
 SUBJECT TO CONDITION #3I OF RESOLUTION NO. 140-14
 APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE PLANS. PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
  
 7. THE AREA LABELED AS ?PUBLIC PATIO? IN THE NORTHEAST
 CORNER OF THE SITE ON THE PROPOSED PLANS APPEARS TO NOW
 SHOW A BUILDING. PLEASE CLARIFY AND PROVIDE DETAILS AS
 TO WHAT IS PROPOSED.
  
 8. LANDSCAPE PLANS SHOULD INDICATE THE LOCATION OF
 EXISTING/PROPOSED UTILITY LINES.
  
 9. IS THERE ANY PROPOSED LANDSCAPING ON THE POOL DECK
 LEVEL SOUTH OF THE TOWER? IF SO, PLEASE BE SURE TO
 INCLUDE IT IN THE LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 10. PLEASE NOTE CONDITION #3H OF RESOLUTION NO. 140-14
 REGARDING TINTING OF THE GLASS.
  
 11. THERE IS A SIGN DETAIL ON SHEET SP-2, BUT NO SIGN
 IS SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 12. BASED UPON THE LAYOUT OF THE PARKING AND RAMP
 LOCATION, A TURN-AROUND AREA WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED
 ON THE LOWER LEVEL AT THE DEAD-END IN THE NORTHWEST
 CORNER OF THE GARAGE. AN ADDITIONAL TURN-AROUND WILL
 NEED TO BE PROVIDED IN THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE
 UPPER LEVEL OF PARKING.
  
 13. PLEASE CLARIFY THOSE AREAS BETWEEN THE 2 ELEVATOR
 CORES ON THE PARKING LEVELS. THEY APPEAR TO BE STRIPED
 AS PARKING SPACES, BUT THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE USED
 AS SUCH AS THEY ARE BLOCKED BY OTHER PARKING.
  
 14. THERE ARE A FEW AREAS WHERE INSUFFICIENT BACK-OUT
 SPACE HAS BEEN PROVIDED BEHIND PARKING SPACES.
  
 15. PLEASE PROVIDE CONFIRMATION THAT THE ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACES ALONG THE EASTERN WALL OF THE UPPER AND
 LOWER PARKING LEVEL MEET THE ACCESSIBILITY
 REQUIREMENTS. IT WAS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THE ACCESS
 AISLE CANNOT GO BEHIND A PARKING SPACE.
  
 16. NO FLOOR PLANS WERE PROVIDED FOR FLOORS 15-21.
  
 17. PLEASE CLARIFY WHY THE CROSS-SECTION ON SHEET A-8
 HAS 312 FEET TO THE TALLEST PART OF THE BUILDING, WHILE
 THE ELEVATIONS ON SHEET A-9 HAVE 327 FEET. NONE OF THE
 HEIGHTS MATCH WHEN COMPARING THE ELEVATIONS TO THE
 CROSS-SECTION. ADDITIONALLY, THE CROSS-SECTION USED FOR
 THE AREA ANALYSIS DOES NOT MATCH.
  
 18. THE PARKING COUNTS SHOWN IN THE AREA ANALYSIS DO
 NOT APPEAR TO MATCH WHAT IS SHOWN ON THE PARKING LEVEL
 PLANS.

 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11IN X
 17IN), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
