 PROVIDE A TYPICAL STRUCTURAL SOIL DETAIL ON THE
 LANDSCAPE DETAIL PAGE.

 BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH FLORIDA GRADE 1 QUERCUS
 VIRGINIANA ?HIGHRISE? AT 14 FEET OR GREATER HEIGHT.
  
 8. NOT SATISFIED. THERE IS A THEME OF BRICK PAVERS,
 TREE PLACEMENT AND PARKING ALONG ROSEMARY THAT MATCHES
 ON BOTH SIDES. THIS THEME SHOULD BE CONTINUED WITH THE
 NEW DEVELOPMENT ALONG ROSEMARY AND TRANSITION CLEANLY
 TO THE SIDEWALK ON EVERNIA. IF BRICK PAVERS ARE REMOVED
 FOR CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES, THE PAVERS WILL NEED TO BE
 CAREFULLY REMOVED, STORED AND REPLACED TO ASSURE THE
 AREAS ARE RESTORED TO MATCH THE STREET THEME.
  
 STAFF DOES NOT SUPPORT REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING

 REMOVED. THE APPLICANT AND CITY STAFF ARE ACTIVELY
 TRYING TO FIND A PERMANENT LOCATION FOR THE TREE. THE
 APPLICANT SHOULD CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:
 ? FIND AN ALTERNATIVE TO REMOVAL SUCH AS A TEMPORARY
 HOLDING LOCATION BEFORE BEING MOVED TO A PERMANENT
 LOCATION ON THE AAF STATION SITE.
 ? WHEN MEETING THE PUBLIC OPEN SPACE REQUIREMENT, THERE
 WILL BE AN OPPORTUNITY TO MOVE THE TREE INTO THIS
 SPACE.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 8/18/15:
 10. THE EVERNIA STREET PLANTING AREAS AROUND THE STREET
 TREES NEED TO BE SQUARE OR RECTANGULAR IN SHAPE.
  
 11. THE EXISTING SABAL PALMS AT THE CORNER IN THE
 STREET PLANTER NEED TO REMAIN, AS THEY MATCH THE
 STREETSCAPE ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE. PLEASE REVISE.
  
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE
 STREET TREES, TREE GRATES, RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND
 IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION.
 3. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF
 WAY LANDSCAPING, TREE GRATES, AND IRRIGATION, ADJACENT
 TO THE PROPERTY ALONG ROSEMARY, EVERNIA AND THE
 FRONTAGE ROAD INCLUDING THE AREAS ADJACENT TO THE
 STATION. THIS WILL BE THROUGH A SEPARATE MAINTENANCE
