 PLEASE RE-CALCULATE THE PERMITTED FAR AND ADJUST THE

 STANDARD DOWNTOWN FIXTURE.
 21. PLEASE CONFIRM COMPLIANCE WITH BLANK WALL
 REGULATIONS.
 22. NEW FRONTAGE ROAD DESIGN SHALL BE PRESENTED WITH
