2015-06-10 10:55:561. PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS MADE BY
 DEPARTMENTS IN A WRITTEN FORMAT WHEN RESUBMITTING.
 2. PROVIDE 7 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS.
 3. THERE APPEAR TO BE INCONSISTENCIES BETWEEN THE
 JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT AND THE DIAGRAM INCLUDED IN THE
 APPLICATION. IN THE JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT THE
 APPLICANT IS REQUESTING THAT "THE 2 COMPACTOR DUMPSTERS
 TO THE EAST OF THE RAISED ALLEY BE REMOVED TO
 FACILITATE THE EXTENSION OF THE PAVERS TO THE EAST AND
 TIE THE PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY INTO SLOAN'S ALLEY".
 HOWEVER, THE DIAGRAM INCLUDED IN THE APPLICATION SHOWS
 THAT ALL OF THE BENCHES AND PLANTERS PROPOSED ALONG THE
 ALLEY WOULD BE TO THE WEST OF THE EXISTING LOCATION OF
 THE COMPACTOR DUMPSTERS. IN ADDITION, THE DIAGRAM SHOWS
 A WALL/FENCE SEPARATING THE PLANTERS FROM THE DUMPSTERS
 WHICH WOULD NOT ALLOW FOR PEDESTRIANS TO ACCESS SLOAN?S
 ALLEY. THE DISCREPANCY BETWEEN WHAT IS PROPOSED IN THE
 JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT AND WHAT IS SHOWN IN THE SITE
 PLAN DIAGRAM NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.
 4. THE SITE PLAN DIAGRAM IDENTIFIES A 'LATTUCE FENCE"
 TO BE PLACED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE PEDESTRIAN ALLEY.
 PLEASE INDICATE THE HEIGHT OF THIS FENCE AS CITY
 REGULATIONS PROHIBIT FENCES HIGHER THAN 6 FEET ON THE
 SIDE OF A PROPERTY.
 5. THE SITE PLAN DIAGRAM SHOWS BENCHES, PLANTERS AND
 CHAIRS LOCATED TO THE WEST OF THE SITE AND ALONG
 NARCISSUS AVENUE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE INSTALLATION OF
 THESE ELEMENTS ALONG NARCISSUS REQUIRES THE ISSUANCE OF
 A SIDEWALK CAFE PERMIT BY THE CITY.
 6. THE SITE PLAN DIAGRAM SHOWS PLANTERS TO THE SOUTH
 OF THE SITE ON A LOCATION WHICH APPEARS TO BE OUTSIDE
 OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AND ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
 INSTALLATION OF THESE PLANTERS AT THAT LOCATION WOULD
 REQUIRE, AMONG OTHER THINGS, AUTHORIZATION FROM THE
 RESPECTIVE PROPERTY OWNER. ALSO NOTE THAT THIS SITE IS
 AN ACTIVE PARKING LOT AND IT WOULD APPEAR THAT THESE
 PLANTERS MAY INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE
 PARKING LOT.
 7. WHILE THE SITE GOT APPROVAL FROM THE ART IN PUBLIC
 PLACES (APP) COMMITTEE FOR AN EXISTING MURAL ON THE
 SOUTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY, THERE ARE TWO EXISTING
 PHOTOGRAPHS INSTALLED ON THE SOUTH SIDE AND THREE
 PHOTOGRAPHS ON THE NORTH SIDE WHICH WOULD APPEAR TO
