 BOARD.
  
 CONDITIONS OF SITE PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1.) THE DEVELOPER SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL CONDITIONS AND
 TIMEFRAMES SPECIFIED IN THE TRAFFIC PERFORMANCE
 STANDARDS REVIEW LETTER ISSUED BY THE PALM BEACH COUNTY
 DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING AND PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
 -TRAFFIC DIVISION ON SEPTEMBER 14, 2015.
  
 2.) PRIOR TO THE SUBMISSION OF A BUILDING PERMIT, THE
 APPLICANT SHALL OBTAIN AND PROVIDE COPIES OF THE
 FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS TO THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT - PLANNING DIVISION: A. A RIGHT-OF-WAY
 PERMIT FROM THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
 (FDOT) FOR THE ACCESS POINT ON OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD. B.
 A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR THE
 ACCESS POINT ON SKEES ROAD. C. A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT
 FROM THE LAKE WORTH DRAINAGE DISTRICT (LWDD) FOR THE
 CROSSING OF THE LWDD LATERAL CANAL L-1 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 3.) PRIOR TO THE SUBMISSION OF A BUILDING PERMIT, THE
 APPLICANT SHALL SUBMIT A REVISED LANDSCAPE PLAN TO SHOW
 THE RELOCATION OF THE RESIDENTIAL IDENTIFICATION SIGN
 ALONG OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD ONTO THE SUBJECT PROPERTY TO
 MATCH THE SITE PLAN.
  
 4.) PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT, THE
 PROPERTY SHALL BE REPLATTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 CITY'S POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
  
 5.) THE 5 FOOT WIDE SIDEWALK ALONG SKEES ROAD SHALL BE
 INSTALLED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY.
  
 6.) PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT - PLANNING DIVISION.
