| | ACCESS POINT ON SKEES ROAD. C. A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT |
| | FROM THE LAKE WORTH DRAINAGE DISTRICT (LWDD) FOR THE |
| | CROSSING OF THE LWDD LATERAL CANAL L-1 RIGHT-OF-WAY. |

| | 3.) PRIOR TO THE SUBMISSION OF A BUILDING PERMIT, THE |
| | APPLICANT SHALL SUBMIT A REVISED LANDSCAPE PLAN TO SHOW |
| | THE RELOCATION OF THE RESIDENTIAL IDENTIFICATION SIGN |
| | ALONG OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD ONTO THE SUBJECT PROPERTY TO |
| | MATCH THE SITE PLAN. |
