 SITE PLAN
  
 1.) CLARIFY/CORRECT THE ACREAGE OF THE RETENTION POND.
 SITE PLAN SHOWS 1.33 ACRES; SITE DATA TABULAR SHOWS
 1.13 ACRES.
  
 2.) HOW WIDE IS THE PROPOSED RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG SKEES
 ROAD? PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION (I.E. DIMENSION).
  
 3.) THE PROPOSED SIDEWALK IS NOT VISIBLE ALONG SKEES
 ROAD. PLEASE ILLUSTRATE AND INCLUDE DIMENSIONS.
  
 4.) CLARIFY THE NUMBER/LOCATION OF THE MONUMENT SIGN(S)
 ALONG OKEECHOBEE ROAD. SIGNAGE MUST BE PLACED ON THE
 SUBJECT PROPERTY.
  
 5.) MAKE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS IN THE SITE DATA
 TABULAR: REMOVE "PETITION NO."; "MAX. 75'" FOR REQUIRED
 BUILDING HEIGHT.
  
  
 LANDSCAPE PLAN:
  
 1.) CLARIFICATION IS NEEDED TO WHY THE PROPOSED
 SIDEWALK ALONG SKEES ROAD IS PARTIALLY LOCATED WITHIN
 THE PROPERTY LINE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY?
  
  
 GENERAL NOTES:
  
 1.) THE FOLLOWING NOTES FROM 6/10/2015 HAVE BEEN
 ACKNOWLEDGED BY THE APPLICANT:
  
 2.) A LETTER FROM THE PALM BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC
 DIVISION, APPROVING TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY FOR THE
 PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT IS REQUIRED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 APPLICATION WILL NOT MOVE FORWARD TO A PUBLIC HEARING
 UNTIL A TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY LETTER FROM THE COUNTY IS
 RECEIVED.
  
 3.) PLEASE NOTE THAT A RE-PLAT OF THE PROPERTY WILL BE
 REQUIRED. THE RE-PLAT WILL BE REVIEWED AS A SEPARATE
 APPLICATION.
  
 4.) RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMITS FOR THE ACCESS POINTS ALONG
 OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD AND SKEES ROAD WILL BE REQUIRED
 FROM FDOT AND PALM BEACH COUNTY.
  
 5.) THERE SEEMS TO BE AN ACCESS POINT INTO THE
 COMMERCIAL PARCEL. A CROSS ACCESS EASEMENT WILL BE
 REQUIRED FOR THE INGRESS/EGRESS INTO THE ADJACENT
 COMMERCIAL PARCEL.

 * PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN
 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 * WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF
 FIFTEEN (15) COPIES, ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (8 1/2 BY
 11), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PNG FORMAT OF ALL
 PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 * PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% ($600) OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
