 1. THE TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY LETTER SUBMITTED WITH THE
 APPLICATION IS NOT THE MOST RECENT.
  
 2. THE SITE/LANDSCAPE PLAN IS SHOWING A TREE TO BE
 INSTALLED IN THE CART STAGING AREA, WHICH IS PROPOSED
 TO BE A ROCK SURFACE. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 3. IS THE FENCE PROPOSED TO EXTEND ACROSS THE 12 FOOT
 DRAINAGE EASEMENT? IT IS RECOMMEND THAT THIS FENCE BE
 CONTINUOUS AND THAT EASEMENT CONSENT BE OBTAINED FROM
 THE EASEMENT HOLDER.
  
 4. PLEASE NOTE THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL THAT WERE
 ISSUED ORIGINALLY (DECEMBER 20, 2013).

 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11IN X
 17IN), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
