 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS (BY APRIL 22, 2016),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 ADDITIONAL RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF
 PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE
 SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED
 A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL
 APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) FENCES AND GATES
  
 A. REVISED COMMENT: THE FENCE EXHIBIT PLAN SHOWS GATES
 THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH RESOLUTION NO. 376-10. WHAT IS
 SHOWN AS GATE NO. 3 IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE TEMPORARY
 STREET CLOSURE, AND IT BLOCKS PEDESTRIANS AND
 BICYCLISTS FROM ACCESSING THE LIMITED STREET CLOSURE
 AREA ROADWAYS WHEN THEY ARE CLOSED TO VEHICULAR
 TRAFFIC. GATES WITHIN THE ROW NOT APPROVED BY
 RESOLUTION NO. 376-10 SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE PLANS
 PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF THE MINOR AMENDMENT.
  
 B. REVISED COMMENT - CONDITION: THE RETAINING WALL WITH
 ADDITIONAL FENCING PROPOSED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
 THE ATHLETIC COMPLEX EXCEEDS THE ALLOWANCE OF SECTION
 94-302(C), WHICH ONLY PERMITS WALLS AND FENCES TO BE 48
 INCHES HIGH WITHIN THE FRONT SETBACK. THE HEIGHT IS
 MEASURED FROM THE EXTERIOR OF THE WALL, WHICH IN THIS
 EXCEEDS THE 48 INCHES IN HEIGHT. THE RESPONSE COMMENTS
 STATE THAT THIS WAS PREVIOUSLY APPROVED, WHICH IS
 INCORRECT. STAFF HAD REQUESTED INFORMATION ON THIS
 DURING THE REVIEW OF THE FORMAL SITE PLAN IN 2011 BUT
 WAS NEVER PROVIDED THE INFORMATION THAT WAS PROVIDED
 WITH THIS CURRENT APPLICATION. STAFF WILL CONDITION
 THIS APPROVAL THAT PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF BUILDING PERMIT
 FOR THE ATHLETIC COMPLEX, EITHER THE WALL IS
 CONSTRUCTED AT THE CODE PERMITTED 48 INCHES IN HEIGHT
 WITHIN THE FRONT SETBACK, THE WALL IS MOVED OUT OF THE
 SETBACK, OR A MAJOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT IS
 APPROVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION THAT GRANTS A WAIVER TO
 PERMIT A WALL EXCEEDING 48 INCHES WITHIN THE FRONT
 SETBACK.
  
 C. CONDITION: STAFF WILL APPROVE THE GENERAL LOCATION
 AND DESIGN OF THE WALLS, FENCES AND GATES AS PART OF
 THIS AMENDMENT. THE FINAL HEIGHT, DESIGN AND LOCATION
 WILL BE APPROVED AS PART OF THE BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATIONS FOR THE WALLS, GATES AND FENCES IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS APPROVED AT THE TIME OF
 THE BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: THE SITE DATA CHART SHALL REFERENCE
 RESOLUTION NO. 144-11, NOT ORDINANCE NO. 4303-10, AS IT
 IS THE LATEST LEGISLATION FOR THE SITE. THE REQUIRED
 SETBACKS FOR THE RELOCATED (OUT) BUILDING SHALL REFLECT
 THE APPROVED "REQUIRED" SETBACKS OF FRONT - FIVE FEET
 AND CORNER SIDE - 17 FEET. PLANS SHALL BE CORRECTED
 PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF THE MINOR AMENDMENT.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: CORRECT THE DESIGNATION AND
 DIMENSION OF THE SETBACKS ON THE SITE DATA TABLE,
 INCLUDING THE PITT BUILDING AND THE OTHER FINAL SCHOOL
 BUILDINGS. LISTED SETBACKS CONFLICT WITH THE DIMENSIONS
 PROVIDED ON THE SURVEY. PLANS SHALL BE CORRECTED PRIOR
 TO APPROVAL OF THE MINOR AMENDMENT.
  
 4) NEW COMMENT: THERE ARE 10 BICYCLE PARKING SPACES,
 NOT FIVE, PROVIDED AS STATED ON THE SITE DATA TABLE.
 PLANS SHALL BE CORRECTED PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF THE MINOR
 AMENDMENT.
  
 5) NEW COMMENT: THE RELOCATED BUS PARKING HAS REMOVED
 TWO OF THE REQUIRED PARKING SPACES FROM THE SITE (61
 REQUIRED). PLANS SHOWING 61 PARKING PACED SHALL BE
 PROVIDED PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF THE MINOR AMENDMENT.
  
 6) REPEAT COMMENT - CONDITION: AN UPDATED LIGHTING PLAN
 IS REQUIRED WHICH CONFORMS TO THE NEW PEDESTRIAN PATH
 CONFIGURATION. PLEASE REMEMBER THE LIGHTING LEVELS MAY
 NOT EXCEED 0.5 FOOTCANDLES AT THE RESIDENTIAL ZONING
 BOUNDARIES (INCLUDING THE PEDESTRIAN LIGHTING). NO
 LIGHTING PLAN WAS SUBMITTED. CONFORMING PLANS SHALL BE
 PROVIDE PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF THE MINOR AMENDMENT.
  
 7) REVISED COMMENT - CONDITION: THE SQUARE FOOTAGE
 SHOWN ON THE BUILDING, THE SITE WALL AND THE NEW
 MONUMENT SIGN COMPLY WITH SQUARE FOOTAGE REQUIREMENTS.
 ITEMS THAT WILL NEED CLARIFICATION/CORRECTION AT TIME
 OF PERMITTING ARE THAT EXACT LOCATION OF THE SIGN ON
 THE SITE WALL. IT IS UNCLEAR IF IT IS MOUNTED TO THE
 PORTION OF THE WALL THAT IS SETBACK 25 FEET FROM
 FLAGLER DRIVE. FINAL SIGNAGE APPROVAL WILL OCCUR DURING
 THE BUILDING PERMIT REVIEW. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SIGN
 SHOWN ON PLANS AS "EXISTING SIGN TO BE MODIFIED" DOES
 NOT EXIST AND SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE PLANS. PLANS
 SHALL BE CORRECTED PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF THE MINOR
 AMENDMENT.
  
 8) REPEAT COMMENT: THE CIVIL PLAN SUBMITTED WITH THE
 MINOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION DOES NOT MATCH THE PLAT
 AND SITE PLAN FOR THE PEDESTRIAN EASEMENT - THE PAVERED
 PEDESTRIAN PATH IS NOT WITHIN THE EASEMENT AT THE
 SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY. WHY DOES THIS
 DISCREPANCY CONTINUE TO OCCUR? ALL PLANS SHALL AGREE ON
 THE PATH AND THUS THE EASEMENT. IF THE PLAT AND SITE
 PLAN ARE CORRECT, THEN THE CIVIL PLAN WILL NEED TO BE
 CORRECTED AS PART OF THE MINOR AMENDMENT APPLICATION.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT STAFF WILL NOT PERMIT THE PAVERED
 WALKWAY TO CROSS THE MANHOLE COVER AS SHOWN ON THE
 CIVIL PLAN.
  
 9) CONDITION: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT PLANNING STAFF IS
 ACCEPTING THE LANDSCAPE THAT HAS BEEN SHOWN WITHIN THE
 DRAINAGE EASEMENT. ROOT BARRIERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO
 PROTECT ANY UNDERGROUND INFRASTRUCTURE. IF THE
 VEGETATION CAUSES THE DRAINAGE FACILITIES TO NOT
 FUNCTION PROPERLY OR DOES NOT SURVIVE IN THE PLANTED
 AREAS, THEN THE LANDSCAPE WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED.
  
 10) CONDITION: ALL PERIMETER BUFFERS, PARKING LOT
 LANDSCAPE AND FOUNDATION PLANTINGS NEED TO BE INSTALLED
 AS PART OF THE INTERIM PLAN.
