 THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES. THE ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT
 APPROVAL APPLICATION FORMS CAN BE DOWNLOADED AT
 HTTP://WPB.ORG/ENGINEERING/FORMS-AND-PUBLICATIONS/
  
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL.
 1. PLEASE SHOW THE DUMPSTER LOCATION(S) FOR THE NEW
 BUILDINGS. THE TRASH DUMPSTER/COMPACTORS MUST LOCATED
 IN AREAS EASILY SERVICED BY THE CITY SANITATION
 EQUIPMENT AND MANPOWER PER SECTION 74-35(A)(5) OF THE
 CODE OF ORDINANCES. THE GATE WIDTH MUST BE A MINIMUM OF
 12.5 FEET.
  
 2. PLEASE VERIFY THAT THE TRUCK ROUTE TO THE DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE CAN WITHSTAND THE HEAVY LOADING OF THE FILLED
 SANITATION TRUCK. THE TRUCKS ARE RATED FOR 15,000 LBS
 PER AXLE.
  
 3. PLEASE SUBMIT ESTIMATES FOR THE PEAK POTABLE WATER
 DEMAND, SANITARY SEWER FLOW, AND SOLID WASTE COLLECTION
 YARDAGE.
  
 4. PLEASE SHOW THE SIGHT TRIANGLES ON THE LANDSCAPING
 PLAN FOR THE VEHICULAR EXITS. (SECTION 94-305E, CODE OF
 ORDINANCES)
  
 5. THE LANDSCAPING PLAN SHOWS INTENSIVE PLANTINGS
 WITHIN THE DRAINAGE AND FLOWAGE EASEMENT. THIS AREA WAS
 PREVIOUSLY DESIGNATED AS A BIOSWALE. PLEASE CLARIFY HOW
 THE STORMWATER WILL FLOW THROUGH THE INTENSIVE PROPOSED
 VEGETATION.
  
 6. THE PROPOSED FIRE HYDRANT CONFLICTS WITH THE
 PROPOSED PLANTINGS. AN 18-INCH CLEAR ZONE IS REQUIRED
 AROUND ALL FIRE HYDRANTS. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN TO SHOW LOCATIONS OF ALL WATER METERS, VALVES,
 CLEAN-OUTS, LIGHT POLES, ETC. ROOT BARRIERS MAY BE
 REQUIRED WHERE PLANTINGS ARE NEAR UNDERGROUND
 STORMWATER, SANITARY, OR POTABLE WATER LINES.
  
 7. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO SHOW LOCATIONS
 OF ALL WATER METERS, VALVES, CLEAN-OUTS, LIGHT POLES,

 9. PLEASE SHOW THE APPROXIMATE LOCATIONS OF WATER AND

 BUILDINGS?
  
 11. PRELIMINARY, UPDATED FEMA FLOOD INSURANCE MAPS ARE

 12. PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE ALTA/ACSM SURVEY WHICH
 HAS BEEN SIGNED/SEALED BY PROFESSIONAL SURVEY & MAPPER
 (PSM).
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED IN THE PRIOR
 TO ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
 1. AS SEPARATE SUBMITTAL WILL BE REQUIRED TO THE
 ENGINEERING DIVISION OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT FOR
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL. THE ENGINEERING

 3. SOLID WASTE YARDAGE WILL NEED TO BE ESTIMATED AS
 PART OF THE FINAL DESIGN TO VERIFY THAT THE DESIGN
 INCLUDES APPROPRIATE NUMBER AND SIZE OF TRASH BINS.
  
 4. A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 NON-STANDARD ELEMENTS (PAVERS) PROPOSED WITHIN TUXEDO
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 5. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE SOURCE OF THE AS-BUILT
 INFORMATION UTILIZED FOR THE POTABLE WATER, SANITARY
 SEWER, AND STORM SEWER DESIGN.
  
 6. INDICATE ON THE PLANS WHICH PORTIONS OF THE POTABLE
 WATER, SANITARY SEWER, AND STORMWATER SYSTEM WILL
 REMAIN PUBLICALLY OWNED AND WHICH SECTIONS WILL BE
 MAINTAINED BY THE APPLICANT. TYPICALLY, THE CITY'S
 OWNERSHIP STOPS AT THE RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE UNLESS
 EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES REQUIRED THE OWNERSHIP
 DIVISION TO TAKE PLACE AT ANOTHER LOCATION.
  
 7. EASEMENTS WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED OVER ALL ON-SITE
 PUBLICALLY OWNED UTILITIES.
  
 8. THE STRIPING AND MARKING PLAN MUST INCLUDE SIGN(S)
 ON SOUTH FLAGLER DRIVE NOTIFYING DRIVERS THAT
 NORTHBOUND LEFT TURNS INTO THE CAMPUS ARE PROHIBITED
 DURING DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP TIMES LISTED ON THE
 APPROVED TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN.
  
 9. THE STRIPING AND MARKING PLAN MUST INCLUDE SIGN(S)
 OR MARKINGS INDICATING THAT TUXEDO LANE AND COCOANUT
 LANE WILL BE CLOSED TO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC FROM 7:45 AM
 TO 5:00 PM. (RESOLUTION 376-10)
  
 10. APPLICATION SHOULD INCLUDE A COPY OF THE TRAFFIC
 CONTROL PLAN WHICH HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE CITY?S
 TRAFFIC ENGINEER. PLAN WILL INCLUDE LOCATIONS OF
 TRAFFIC DIRECTING PERSONNEL AND A WRITTEN NARRATIVE
 DESCRIBING HOW THE TRAFFIC CONTROL OPERATIONS WILL
 FUNCTION FOR THE PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF TIMES. (ORDINANCE

 11. DRAINAGE DESIGN CALCULATIONS MUST DEMONSTRATE WATER
 QUALITY TREATMENT AND STORM ATTENUATION ARE PROVIDED
