 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
  
 1. ANY FUTURE CONFLICTS WITH THE EXISTING FIRE HYDRANT
 LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 115 LINDA LANE RESULTING
 FROM NEW CONSTRUCTION WILL REQUIRE RELOCATION OF THE
 FIRE HYDRANT AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE.
  
 2. THE ABANDOMENT CREATES A SMALL GAP IN THE UTILITY
 EASEMENT ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY. THE
 UTILITY EASEMENT WILL NEED TO BE CONTINUED TO THE NEW
 EDGE OF RIGHT-OF-WAY CREATED BY THE ABANDONMENT.
