 AND SPECIFICATIONS OF SUCH BUILDING OR ADDITION
 (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL EXTERIOR
 ARCHITECTURAL DRAWNINGS AND LANDSCAPE PLANS) AND THE
 LOCATION THEREON, SHALL HAVE THE APPROVAL IN WRITING OF
 PERINI LAND AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, OR ITS SUCCESSORS
