 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE SUBMIT AN OPEN SPACE PLAN SHOWING
 THE OPEN SPACE AREAS THAT ARE REMOVED AND ADDED WITH
 THIS PETITION, AND CALCULATE THE NET TOTAL OPEN SPACE
 AREA CHANGE USED IN CALCULATING LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A DATA TABLE SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-442 (G) FLORIDA FRIENDLY
 LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPE
 MATERIAL TO BE ADDED WITH THIS APPLICATION AS LISTED
 AND REQUIRED NUMBERS OF SHADE AND FLOWERING TREES.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO
 ASSURE THE NORTH AND WEST LANDSCAPE BUFFERS MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-443 (A)(2) FOR PROVIDING A
 TREE FOR EVERY 30 FEET OF LENGTH OF THE BUFFER.
  
 4. SATISFIED. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHEET
 LP-1 TO SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF THE WATER AND SEWER LINES
 AS SHOWN ON THE ENGINEERING PLAN SHEET C-3. THE WATER
 AND SEWER LINES PROPOSED IN THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND AT THE
 SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE BUILDING CONFLICT WITH THE
 ROYAL PALM PROPOSED.
  
 5. SATISFIED. PLEASE ADD LANDSCAPE ISLANDS AS NEEDED IN
 THE PARKING ALONG CONGRESS AVE. TO HAVE 10 OR LESS
 PARKING SPACES IN A ROW PER SECTION 94-443(C)3.A.
  
 6. SATISFIED. PER SECTION 94-443(C)(3), PLEASE PROVIDE
 AN ADDITIONAL TREE FOR THE TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND AT
 THE WEST END OF THE ROW OF PARKING CONNECTING TO THE
 DUMPSTER.
  
 7. SATISFIED. PLEASE SUBMIT A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT
 APPLICATION FOR THE TREES THAT ARE TO BE REMOVED OR
 RELOCATED. RELOCATION IS RECOMMENDED FOR ANY EXISTING
 TREES IN GOOD CONDITION, PARTICULARLY THE YELLOW
 TABEBUIA.
  
 8. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A LIST ON SHEET LP-1 OF
 THE SPECIES AND SIZES OF TREES AND PALMS TO BE REMOVED
 OR RELOCATED.
  
 9. SATISFIED. ANY MISSING OR DEAD PLANT MATERIAL SHOULD
 BE REPLACED AT THIS TIME FOR THE ENTIRE PLAZA.
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 4/21/15:
  
 10. THERE ARE CONFLICTS BETWEEN LIGHT FIXTURES SHOWN ON
 THE LIGHTING PLAN SUBMITTED AND LANDSCAPING IN THE
 FOLLOWING LOCATIONS: ROYAL PALMS AT NE, NW AND SW
 CORNERS OF THE BUILDING; OAK TREES ALONG THE EAST
 BUFFER ADJACENT TO CONGRESS AVENUE. PLEASE SHOW THE
 LIGHT FIXTURES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND ADJUST TO
 CORRECT ANY CONFLICTS.
  
 11. THERE ARE 2 LIVE OAK TREES PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED
 EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE IN GOOD CONDITION. THE 3 INCH
 DIAMETER OAK NEAR THE PROPOSED DUMPSTER COULD BE EASILY
 RELOCATED TO ANOTHER LOCATION ON THE PROPERTY. THE 8
 INCH DIAMETER OAK IN GOOD CONDITION ALONG 45TH STREET
 DOES NOT CONFLICT WITH ANY PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS AND
 SHOULD NOT BE REMOVED.
  
 12. THE GROUND MOUNTED UTILITY BOXES ALONG 45TH STREET
 WILL BE UNSCREENED WITH THE PROPOSED REMOVAL OF THE
 EXISTING HEDGE. PLEASE PROVIDE LANDSCAPE HEDGE
 SCREENING AROUND THE EQUIPMENT.
  
 13. PLEASE PROVIDE A ROOT BARRIER DETAIL ON SHEET L-2,
 AND INDICATE WHERE ROOT BARRIERS WILL BE INSTALLED TO
 PROTECT WATER AND SEWER LINES AND SIDEWALKS, ETC.
