 CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION
 SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS RESUBMITTAL DID NOT ADDRESS
 PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED COMMENTS; THEREFORE, THE APPLICANT
 WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE OF 20% OF THE

 - PUBLIC HEARING NOTIFICATION SIGNAGE SHALL BE POSTED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 94-39(I)(5) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT

 GENERAL
  
 1) CONTINUE TO EVALUATE AS PROJECT MOVES FORWARD: WHAT
 INNOVATIVE FEATURES OF THE PROJECT WHICH MAKE THIS
 PROJECT MORE DESIRABLE AND ATTRACTIVE THAN AN AUTO
 DEALERSHIP THAT MEETS ALL CODE REQUIREMENTS? AT A
 MINIMUM THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT REQUIRES WAIVERS TO
 THE SIGNAGE, INTERNAL SETBACKS AND LANDSCAPE, AND
 NUMBER OF ACCESS POINTS.
  
 2) REVISED COMMENT: THE LANDSCAPE FOR THE SITE NEEDS TO
 BE SHOWN ON ONE UNIFIED PLAN. SUBMITTING TWO PLANS WITH
 CHANGED OVERLAPPING AREAS AND UNDEFINED DATA TABLES IS
 NOT ACCEPTABLE.
  
 3) CONDITION: A UNITY OF TITLE IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF THE FIRST BUILDING COMPRISING OF THE
 NEW PORSCHE, BENTLEY, ROLLS BUILDING.
  
 4) WAIVERS REQUESTED: THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT PLAN
 DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE SETBACK AND LANDSCAPE
 REQUIREMENTS FOR THE INTERIOR LOT LINES WITH THE
 EXISTING BRAMAN MOTORCARS DSI. ANY NON-COMPLAINANT
 AREAS WOULD NEED TO BE SPECIFICALLY APPROVED AS WAIVERS
 WITHIN THE CPD.
  
 5) CONDITION: PROVIDE VERIFICATION OF THE UTILITY
 EASEMENTS BEING ABANDONED PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF THE
 BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE BUILDING LOCATED ON THE
 EASEMENT.
  
 6) REPEAT COMMENT: PARKING AND LANDSCAPE COMPLIANCE
 SHALL BE SHOWN AND INSTALLED TO COMPLY WITH THE ZLDR
 FOR EACH PHASE OF THE DEVELOPMENT. STAFF HAS CALCULATED
 THAT THE NEW PORSCHE BUILDING WILL REQUIRE 49 PARKING
 SPACES (TWO OF WHICH ADA) WHEN IT BECOMES OPERATIONAL.
 THE PLANS ONLY SHOW 26 WITH ONE ADA SPACE.
 ADDITIONALLY, THE WESTERN BUFFER OF THE PARKING LOT
 DOES NOT HAVE A TURNAROUND SPACE FOR THE CUSTOMER
 PARKING. HOW WILL TRASH SERVICE BE PROVIDED? PLEASE
 VERIFY THAT THE BENTLEY, ROLLS, USED CAR AND BALANCE OF
 THE GARAGE WILL BE CONSTRUCTED AT ONE TIME.
  
 TRAFFIC
  
 7) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE THE PALM BEACH COUNTY
 TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY APPROVAL LETTER.
  
 8) WAIVER REQUESTED: THE JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT LISTS
 SEVEN CURB CUTS BEING USED WHILE THE LATEST STREET VIEW
 SHOWS ONLY SIX BEING USED. PLEASE BE AWARE THE SITE
 EXCEEDS THE NUMBER OF PERMITTED ACCESS POINTS TO THE
 STREET NETWORK. OPENINGS ALONG BOTH OKEECHOBEE
 BOULEVARD AND EXCHANGE COURT NEED TO BE REDUCED.
  
 9) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE A DRIVEWAY PREDETERMINATION
 LETTER OF APPROVAL FROM FDOT FOR THE WORK WITHIN THE
 OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 10) CONDITION: A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED
 FOR ANY WORK WITHIN THE FDOT OR THE CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 11) CONDITION: ALL CURB CUTS THAT ARE NOT BEING USED
 SHALL BE REMOVED AND THE SIDEWALK MADE FLUSH WITH THE
 ADJACENT SIDEWALK.
  
 12) CONDITION: THE PROPOSAL TO PLANT IN THE EXCHANGE
 COURT RIGHT-OF-WAY REQUIRES THE APPROVAL OF THE
 ENGINEERING SERVICES DIVISION. IRRIGATION SHALL BE
 SUPPLIED TO THESE TREES. A RECORDED AGREEMENT TO
 MAINTAIN AND REPLACE THE TREES AND IRRIGATION IS
 REQUIRED FROM BRAMAN.
  
 SITE
  
 13) CONDITION: ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, WHETHER GROUND
 OR ROOF MOUNTED, UTILITY EQUIPMENT, GENERATORS,
 TRANSFORMERS, ETC. SHALL BE SCREENED FROM VIEW OF THE
 PUBLIC.
  
 14) WAIVER REQUESTED: THE EAST SIDE SETBACK IS REQUIRED
 TO BE 27 FEET SINCE THE BUILDING THAT IS BEING
 CONSTRUCTED IS 75 FEET 8 INCHES TALL.
  
 15) REPEAT COMMENT: HOW TALL ARE THE GATES? THE COMMENT
 RESPONSE LISTS THE GATES AS 10 FEET TALL. PROVIDE A
 DETAIL THAT INCLUDES THE FENCE HEIGHT. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 THE GATES ALONG EXCHANGE COURT MAY NOT EXCEED EIGHT (8)
 FEET TALL. STAFF WILL NOT SUPPORT 10 FOOT TALL GATES
 ALONG OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD AS THESE WILL BE OUT OF
 SCALE WITH THE SITE CONDITIONS AT THE FRONTAGE LINE.
  
 16) NEW COMMENT: IS THE DOOR ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE
 ROLLS ROYCE DEALERSHIP INTENDED TO OPEN INTO THE
 LANDSCAPED AREA WITH THE HEDGE?
  
 17) NEW COMMENT: THE NEW DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE/COMPACTOR
 SHALL BE IN AN ENCLOSURE WITH A PERIMETER HEDGE ON
 THREE SIDES. THE PLANS SHALL SHOW A DIMENSIONED DETAIL
 OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE AND HAVE THE DIMENSION LINES
 SHOWN ON THE PLAN. THE ENCLOSURE MAY NOT BE ACCESSED
 FROM THE EAST SIDE DUE TO THE ADJACENT PARKING SPACES.
 THERE CONCEPTUAL PAVING, DRAINAGE, WATER AND WASTEWATER
 PLAN SHOWS TWO WATER METERS IN THE DRIVE AISLE TO
 ACCESS THE WEST SIDE OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE. PLEASE
 FIX THESE ITEMS.
  
 PARKING
  
 18) REPEAT COMMENT: STAFF IS UNABLE TO VERIFY THE
 PARKING REQUIRED FOR THE SITE DUE THE VARIOUS PLANS
 SHOWING DIFFERING SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR THE SAME AREAS
 (EX. THE BUILDING D AREAS AND THE PORSCHE SERVICE
 RECEPTION LIST DIFFERING SQUARE FOOTAGE ON THE SITE AND
 ARCHITECTURAL PLANS AND THE PRE-OWNED AREA IS LISTED
 WITH A DIFFERENT SQUARE FOOTAGE ON SHEETS SP-1.0 AND
 A-1.1). THE SITE PLAN PARKING DATA TABLE INCORRECTLY
 EXCLUDES THE SERVICE PARTS AND STORAGE AREAS BY SHOWING
 IT COMBINED WITH THE NUMBER OF SERVICE BAYS. PARKING
 SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE SERVICE PARTS AND STORAGE
 AREAS USING THE ENCLOSED AREA RATE OF 1 PARKING SPACE
 PER 500 SQUARE FEET. PROVIDE A COLOR CODED FLOOR PLAN
 THAT DEMARCATES THE INTERIOR SQUARE FOOTAGE, THE
 SERVICE BAY AREAS AND INTERNAL VEHICLE CIRCULATION
 AREAS. THE SQUARE FOOTAGES OF EACH AREA SHALL BE
 PROVIDED SO THAT STAFF CAN CALCULATE THE PARKING
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 19) REVISED COMMENT: THE BICYCLE PAD AND RACK DETAILS
 DO NOT SHOW THE DIMENSIONS FOR THE BICYCLE PADS. THE
 DETAIL INCLUDED ON SHEET SP-4 ONLY SHOWS PARKING FOR
 SIX BICYCLES, NOT SEVEN AS STATED ON THE PLANS. PLEASE
 REMEMBER THAT ONE BICYCLE RACK ELEMENT HOLDS TWO
 BICYCLES, SO EACH BICYCLE PAD WILL HAVE AN EVEN NUMBER
 OF BICYCLE PARKING SPACES. THE BICYCLE PADS SHALL SHOW
 CODE COMPLIANT DIMENSIONS ON THE PLAN (THE BICYCLE PADS
 DO NOT SCALE AT THE REQUIRED SIX FOOT DEPTH).
  
 20) NEW COMMENT: THE SITE PLAN SHOWS A BICYCLE PAD
 BEING LOCATED UNDER THE RAMP IN THE GARAGE. THIS
 BICYCLE RACK IS NOT SHOWN ON THE ARCHITECTURAL PLAN.
 PLEASE INDICATE HOW IT WILL BE ACCESSED IN LIGHT OF THE
 PLANS SHOWING THIS AREA SURROUNDED BY SOLID WALLS. WHAT
 IS THE CLEARANCE AT THE PROPOSED LOCATION?
  
 21) REVISED COMMENT: THE AREA BEHIND THE FUTURE MINI
 DEALERSHIP (UNDER THE CANOPY) IS SHOWN AS HAVING A
 DEAD-END DOUBLE ROW OF PARKING. THERE SHALL BE ONE
 SPACE AT THE END MARKED AS A TURNAROUND SPACE WITH THE
 BACK-OUT ASSIST AREA INDENTING THREE (3) FEET FROM THE
 WEST SIDE OF THE SPACE.
  
 22) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE DIMENSION TAGS FOR EACH NEW
 PARKING BAY - CURB FACE TO CURB FACE. THE WIDTH OF THE
 PARKING SPACES FLUCTUATES BETWEEN 8.5 FEET WIDE OR 9
 FEET WIDE IN DIFFERING ROWS, SO THE DIMENSION LINES
 WILL ENSURE THAT THE CURBING IS INSTALLED IN THE PROPER
 LOCATIONS.
  
 23) REVISED COMMENT: THE FLOOR GARAGE FLOOR PLANS SHALL
 INDICATE THE AREAS OF VEHICLE STORAGE AND SERVICE
 PARKING.
  
 24) NEW COMMENT: WHAT OCCURS IN THE "RECONDITIONING
 SPACE"?
  
 25) NEW COMMENT: HOW WILL THE WASH BAY ON THE 5TH FLOOR
 OF THE GARAGE FUNCTION? IT DOES NOT APPEAR THAT THERE
 IS ANYWHERE FOR THE WATER TO DRAIN.
  
 26) REVISED COMMENT: THE LOADING ZONE MENTIONED IN THE
 RESPONSE AS ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF THE PHASE 1 GARAGE
 NEEDS TO BE CLEARLY LABELED ON THE GARAGE SITE PLAN.
  
 27) NEW COMMENT: THE ADA PARKING SPACE IN FRONT OF THE
 PORSCHE DEALERSHIP IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A WHEEL STOP TO
 KEEP CARS FROM DRIVING ONTO THE SIDEWALK.
  
 SIGNAGE
  
 28) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED: PLEASE NOTE THAT
 MINI IS ONLY PERMITTED THREE FACADE SIGNS BASED ON THE
 CURRENT LAYOUT OF BUILDING A. CHANGES TO CONNECT THIS
 BUILDING TO BUILDING B WOULD REDUCE THE NUMBER OF
 PERMITTED FACADE SIGNS. WITHOUT FURTHER INFORMATION,
 STAFF IS UNABLE TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE, BUT IT APPEARS
 THAT THE AT LEAST THE SOUTH ELEVATION SIGN IS TWICE AS
 LARGE AS PERMITTED.
  
 29) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED: THE NEW BUILDING
 HAS 12 FACADE SIGNS. ONLY SIX FACADE SIGNS ARE

 30) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED: DIMENSIONS WERE
 NOT PROVIDED FOR STAFF TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH FACADE
 SIGN SQUARE FOOTAGE IS PERMITTED, NOR WAS INFORMATION
 PROVIDED ON HOW MUCH FACADE SIGN SQUARE FOOTAGE IS

 34) REVISED PHOTOMETRIC PLANS NOT SUBMITTED: THE
 SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SUBMITTED PHOTOMETRIC BASE PLAN
 DIFFERS FROM THE SITE PLAN AT THE NUMBER OF PARKING
 SPACES. ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW THE SAME BASE CONDITIONS.
  
 35) REVISED PHOTOMETRIC PLANS NOT SUBMITTED:
 ILLUMINATION WITHIN A COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 MAY NOT EXCEED ONE FOOTCANDLE AT OR BEYOND THE
 BOUNDARIES OF THE DEVELOPMENT. THE SOUTH, EAST AND
