 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO INCLUDE A
 LIST OF THE EXISTING TREES LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY AND
 INCLUDE THE SIZE, SPECIES AND WHETHER THEY WILL BE
 REMOVED, RELOCATED, OR PRESERVED IN PLACE. A TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR TREES BEING REMOVED
 (SOUTH AND EAST SIDES OF EXISTING SERVICE BUILDING) PER
 SECTION 94-448.
  
 2. SATISFIED. THE BUFFER LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST
 CORNER OF THE SITE IS REQUIRED TO BE FIVE (5) FEET
 WIDE, THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD
 IS REQUIRED TO BE FIVE (5) FEET IN WIDTH. SECTIONS OF
 THE NORTH BUFFER MEASURE LESS THAN THE REQUIRED 5 FEET
 PER SECTION 94-443. THE DIMENSIONS SHALL BE CLEARLY
 SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A SEPARATE SHEET LABELED
 ?SITE PLAN AREA CALCULATIONS? SHOWING THE CAD LAYERS
 FOR THE FOLLOWING: TOTAL SITE AREA, TOTAL OPEN SPACE,
 LANDSCAPED OPEN SPACE, PERVIOUS AREA, IMPERVIOUS AREA
 AND SOD AREA WITH CORRESPONDING SQUARE FOOTAGES SHOWN.
  
 4. SATISFIED. PLEASE USE THE REQUIRED OPEN SPACE OF 40%
 FOR THE ENTIRE SITE TO CALCULATE THE NUMBER OF SHADE
 TREES, FLOWERING TREES AND SHRUBS REQUIRED BY SECTION
 94-442.
  
 5. SATISFIED. PROVIDE THE DATA TABLES/CALCULATIONS TO
 VERIFY THE COMPLIANCE OF THE ENTIRE BRAMAN MOTORCARS
 SITE WITH THE CITY?S LANDSCAPE REGULATIONS. THIS
 INCLUDES THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF TREES AND SHRUBS
 (SECTION 94-442 (B)(2) B.), THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF
 PERIMETER TREES BY BUFFER (SECTION 94-443 (B)), THE
 PERCENTAGE OF PALM TREES SUBSTITUTED FOR SHADE OR
 FLOWERING TREES (SECTION 94-442(C).), REQUIRED PARKING
 LOT LANDSCAPE (SECTION 94-443 (C)), AND REQUIRED
 FOUNDATION PLANTING (SECTION 94-443(E)(1)).
  
 6. SATISFIED. THE LIGHT POLES SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN. LIGHT POLES SHALL NOT INTERFERE WITH
 THE LONG TERM GROWTH OF THE TREES.
  
 7. SATISFIED. THERE IS NO TERMINAL TREE SHOWN AT THE
 SOUTHWESTERN ROW OF NEW PARKING OR NEXT TO THE PORSCHE
 SERVICE AREA ENTRANCE PARKING REQUIRED PER SECTION
 94-443(C).
  
 8. SATISFIED. ALL THE UTILITY FEATURES SHOWN ON THE
 CIVIL PLANS SHALL BE SHOWN ON LANDSCAPE PLAN AND IN THE
 SAME LOCATIONS. EX. NORTHEAST CORNER DOES NOT SHOW
 WATER METER, ETC. ITEMS. THE NEW SIX (6) INCH SANITARY
 SEWER SERVICE IS NOT SHOWN AND A TREE IS SHOWN ON TOP
 OF IT.
  
 9. SATISFIED. ALL HEDGES SHALL BE ALLOWED TO GROW TO
 THE MINIMUM 40 INCH HEIGHT WITHIN TWO YEARS OF PLANTING
 AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 94-445(4)E OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. THE WAX JASMINE WILL NOT
 GROW TO 40 INCHES WITHIN THE TWO YEAR TIME FRAME, SO IT
 MAY NOT BE USED AS A HEDGE MATERIAL ALONG OKEECHOBEE
 BOULEVARD.
  
 10. SATISFIED. WHAT IS GOING TO BE USED TO PROTECT THE
 LANDSCAPE FROM VEHICULAR ENCROACHMENT AT THE SOUTHWEST
 CORNER OF THE SITE, IN THE MIDDLE PARKING BY THE GARAGE
 ENTRANCE AREA AND IN THE REAR OF THE SITE BY THE MINI
 SERVICE AREA?
  
 11. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE LANDSCAPING AND SCREENING
 FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT INCLUDING FPL, WATER
 AND PHONE/ CABLE, GENERATORS, A/C UNITS ETC.
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 4/13/15:
 12. THE EASTERN BUFFER HAS BEEN INCREASED IN WIDTH,
 ALLOWING THE ADDITION OF LARGER BUFFER TREES TO BUFFER
 THE IMPACT OF THE MASS OF THE BUILDING. PLEASE ADD
 LARGER TREES TO THE BUFFER.
