 THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES. THE ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT
 APPROVAL APPLICATION FORMS CAN BE DOWNLOADED AT
 HTTP://WPB.ORG/ENGINEERING/FORMS-AND-PUBLICATIONS/
  
 1. THE SITE LAYOUT SHOWN ON SHEET SP-1 IS NOT
 CONSISTENT WITH THE LAYOUT SHOWN ON SHEETS SP-2. WHICH
 LAYOUT IS THE PROPOSED SITE CONFIGURATION?
  
 2. WE WILL DEFER TO THE CITY'S LEGAL DEPARTMENT FOR
 DETERMINATION OF THE DOCUMENT REQUIRED TO DEMONSTRATE
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-305(B) OF THE CODE OF
 ORDINANCES. "SETBACK ENCROACHMENTS. JOINT USE
 PROHIBITED. THE SETBACK OR OPEN SPACE OF A BUILDING ON
 ONE LOT SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS THE SETBACK OR OPEN
 SPACE FOR A BUILDING ON ANY OTHER LOT EXCEPT WHERE
 UNITY OF TITLE IS PROVIDED FOR ALL AFFECTED
 PROPERTIES."
  
 3. FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION APPROVAL WILL
 BE REQUIRED FOR THE WORK ALONG OKEECHOBEE BLVD.
  
 4. PLEASE SUBMIT A COPY OF THE TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY
 LETTER FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY.
  
 5. PLEASE SUBMIT APPLICATIONS FOR A DEVELOPMENT PERMIT
 AND RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT FROM THE ENGINEERING
 DEPARTMENT. APPLICATION FORMS CAN BE FOUND AT
 HTTP://WPB.ORG/ENGINEERING/FORMS-AND-PUBLICATIONS/
 (SECTIONS 2-421 AND 78-432, CODE OF ORDINANCES)
  
 6. PLEASE REVISE THE DRIVEWAY APRONS TO MEET THE CITY'S
 ENGINEERING DESIGN STANDARDS. PLEASE ALSO INCLUDE THE
 DETAILS FOR THE SIDEWALK RAMPS, HTTP://WPB.ORG/ENGINEER
 ING/ENGINEERING-SERVICES/ENGINEERING-STANDARDS/
  
 7. THE NUMBER OF PROPERTY ACCESS DRIVES EXCEEDS THE
 MAXIMUM NUMBER AND WIDTH ALLOWED FOR COMMERCIAL
 PROPERTIES. PER CODE OF ORDINANCES SECTION 94-313,
 NON-RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES WITH LESS THAN 300 REQUIRED
 PARKING SPACES MAY HAVE UP TO ONE ACCESS POINT ONTO
 EACH RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 8. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO SHOW LOCATIONS
 OF ALL WATER METERS, VALVES, CLEAN-OUTS, LIGHT POLES,
 UNDERGROUND UTILITIES (WATER, SANITARY, STORM, GAS,
 ELECTRIC), ETC.
  
 9. PLEASE SHOW THE SIGHT TRIANGLES ON THE LANDSCAPING
 PLAN FOR THE INTERSECTIONS AND VEHICULAR EXITS.

 10. PLEASE REVISE PLANS TO INCLUDE THE CITY OF WEST
 PALM BEACH GARBAGE RECEPTACLE DETAIL. THE SHOWN DETAIL
 DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF
 CODE OF ORDINANCES, SECTION 94-444(B), ALSO SEE FIGURE
 XIV-3 OF THE SAME SECTION. CITY STANDARD DETAIL GC-8
 MAY BE DOWNLOADED AT HTTP://WPB.ORG/ENGINEERING/ENGINEE
 RING-SERVICES/ENGINEERING-STANDARDS/
  
 11. WILL SOLID WASTE COLLECTION SERVICE BE PROVIDED BY
 THE CITY OR BY A PRIVATE COMPANY? PER SECTION 74-31 OF
 THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, EVERY COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT
 WITHIN THE CITY SHALL SUBSCRIBE FOR REGULAR COMMERCIAL
 SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES FROM THE
 CITY EXCEPT THOSE COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS FOR WHICH
 THE CITY IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE NEEDED SERVICES,
 E.G., CONTAINERS AND COMPACTORS OVER EIGHT CUBIC YARDS.
 FOR THESE SERVICES, THE COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT MUST
 USE THE SERVICES OF A PROVIDER APPROVED TO OPERATE
 WITHIN THE CITY PURSUANT TO A FRANCHISE AGREEMENT. NO
 PERSON SHALL ATTEMPT TO USE CITY SERVICES WITHOUT
 HAVING FIRST SUBSCRIBED FOR SUCH SERVICES OR WITHOUT
 HAVING REQUESTED THE CITY TO PERFORM A SPECIAL SOLID
 WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL.
  
 12. PLEASE PROVIDE AN AUTOTURN ANALYSIS DEMONSTRATING
 THE SOLID WASTE COLLECTION VEHICLE CAN ACCESS THE
 PROPOSED DUMPSTER AND COMPACTOR LOCATIONS. THE TRASH
 DUMPSTER/COMPACTORS MUST LOCATED IN AREAS EASILY
 SERVICED BY THE CITY SANITATION EQUIPMENT AND MANPOWER
 PER SECTION 74-35(A)(5) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES.
  
 13. SOLID WASTE YARDAGE WILL NEED TO BE ESTIMATED AS
 PART OF THE FINAL DESIGN TO VERIFY THAT THE ENCLOSURE
 SIZE IS APPROPRIATE FOR THE REQUIRED NUMBER AND SIZE OF
 TRASH BINS.
