 (5) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PDF FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (BY MAY 11, 2015),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) SHEET A-101 SHALL BE REVISED TO SHOW THE CORRECT
 NUMBER OF REQUIRED PARKING SPACES BASED ON THE REVISED
 NUMBER OF SERVICE BAYS SHOWN ON PERMIT 15010430.
  
 2) THE WESTERNMOST SIGN IS SHOWN THAT THE NORTH END OF
 THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND IN THE SAME SPOT AS THE REQUIRED
 TREE IN THAT ISLAND. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS THE SIGN
 MOVED FURTHER TO THE SOUTH. WHICH ONE IS CORRECT BASED
 ON THE SIGN PROPOSED FOR THIS LOCATION? PLEASE REMEMBER
 WITH THE OVERHEAD LINES IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY, THE SIGN
 NEEDS TO BE SET BACK EIGHT (8) FEET FROM THE LINES AND
 THE TREE NEEDS TO COMPLY WITH THE FPL "RIGHT TREE,
 RIGHT PLACE" REQUIREMENTS. ADDITIONALLY, THE TREE MAY
 NOT BE PLACED SUCH THAT IT WILL BE IMPROPERLY TRIMMED
 TO AVOID BLOCKING THE SIGN.
  
 3) ROOT BARRIERS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE TREE SHARING THE
