2015-02-11 11:44:461- PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING THE TOTAL
 SQUARE FOOTAGE IN THE BUILDING. ORIGINAL APPROVAL BY
 ORD. 1938-86 ALLOWS 290,241SF FOR THE OFFICE BUILDING.
 PLEASE INDICATE IF THE PROPOSED ADDITION IS STILL
 WITHIN THE APPROVED AREA. TOTAL GROSS BUILDING AREA
 SHALL NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED BY THE CURRENT
 DMP, IF NOT APPROVED UNDER THE ORIGINAL PD.
 2- PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILED DRAWINGS ON THE PROPOSED
 RESTAURANT ADDITION.
 3- EXISTING AND PROPOSED CURB CUTS EXCEED MAXIMUM CURB
 CUT WIDTH ALLOWED IN THE DMP AREA. PLEASE STUDY THE
 POSSIBILITY TO REDUCE EXISTING PARKING ENTRANCE AND
 EXITS.
 4- PROPOSED PASSENGER DROP OFF SHALL COMPLY WITH DMP
 STANDARDS (FIGURE IV-22).
 5- SIDEWALK AT THE PASSENGER DROP OFF AREA SHALL BE
 MAINTAINED AT THE SAME LEVEL.
 6- PLEASE CALCULATE THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF OPEN SPACE
 PROVIDED BY THE ORIGINAL PROJECT IN COMPARISON WITH
 PROPOSED DESIGN. DRIVE THRU AND NEW RESTAURANT ARE
 REMOVING A BIG PERCENTAGE OF THE ORIGINAL OPEN SPACE.
 7- PROPOSED PLAZA DESIGN IS NOT PERCEIVED AS A PUBLIC
 SPACE.
 8- PLEASE IDENTIFY ALL THE LANDSCAPE TO BE REMOVED FOR
 THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE DRIVE THRU, AND THE REPLACEMENT
 PLAN.
 9- PLEASE IDENTIFY IF ANY OF THE ROYAL PALMS ON CHASE
 AVE WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED, AND THE PROPOSED
 RELOCATION PLAN.
 10- MONUMENT SIGNS ARE NOT ALLOWED WITHIN THE DMP AREA.
 11- TO FURTHER ACTIVATE THE OKEECHOBEE FRONTAGE, STAFF
 SUGGESTS DISCUSSING WITH FDOT THE POSSIBILITY TO HAVE
 ON-STREET PARKING ALONG THE BUILDING FRONTAGE ON
 OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD.
