 THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES. THE ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT
 APPROVAL APPLICATION FORMS CAN BE DOWNLOADED AT
 HTTP://WPB.ORG/ENGINEERING/FORMS-AND-PUBLICATIONS/
  
 1) PLEASE SUBMIT A COPY OF THE ALTA/ACSM SURVEY WHICH
 HAS BEEN SIGNED/SEALED BY PROFESSIONAL SURVEY & MAPPER
 (PSM).
  
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE AN UPDATED PHOTOMETRIC PLAN
 DEMONSTRATING THE PROPOSED DESIGN MEETS THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF CITY ORDINANCE 94-309 AND 94-113.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE A TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDY SHOWING HOW
 THE NEW SITE CONFIGURATION AND NEW USES WILL EFFECT THE
 TRAFFIC ON SURROUNDING LOCAL ROADWAYS. ALSO PROVIDE
 CALCULATIONS SUPPORTING THE QUEING LENGTH FOR THE BANK
 DRIVE THROUGH.
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE UPDATED POTABLE WATER DEMAND,
 SANITARY PEAK FLOW, AND SOLID WASTE YARDAGE ESTIMATES.
 AS PART OF THE FINAL DESIGN, THE SOLID WASTE YARDAGE
 CALCULATIONS WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED SHOWING THAT THE
 APPROPRIATE NUMBER AND SIZE OF TRASH BINS ARE PROVIDED
 ON THE SITE.
  
 5) PLEASE SHOW HOW THE PROPOSED EXIT FROM THE BANK
 DRIVE THROUGH INTO THE PARKING GARAGE WILL TIE INTO THE
 PARKING GARAGE TRAFFIC CIRCULATION.
  
 6) MODIFICATIONS WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG
 OKEECHOBEE AND LAKEVIEW REQUIRE FDOT APPROVAL.
  
 7) SHOW WHERE THE GREASE TRAP WILL BE LOCATED FOR THE
 PROPOSED RESTAURANT.
  
 8) THE DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE ALONG CHASE AVENUE MUST COMPLY
 WITH CITY STANDARD DETAIL GC-7. HTTP://WPB.ORG/ENGINEER

 9) PLEASE CLARIFY WHERE THE TREES WILL BE LOCATED ON
 SHEET A-103. IT APPEARS THAT PALM TREES ARE PROPOSED TO
 BE PLANTED WITHIN THE SIDEWALK.
  
 THE FOLLOWING WILL NEED BE ADDRESSED IN THE ENGINEERING
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION
  
 A1) WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH,
 WHICH WAS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE WATER QUALITY TREATMENT
 AND STORM ATTENUATION FOR THIS SITE? PLEASE PROVIDE AN
 INSPECTION REPORT SIGNED AND SEALED BY A PROFESSIONAL
 ENGINEER. EXFILTRATION TRENCHES TYPICALLY REQUIRE
 REPLACEMENT EVERY 10 TO 15 YEARS. THE TRENCHES ON THIS
 SITE WERE FIRST INSTALLED IN THE LATE 1980'S AND IT MAY
 BE DUE FOR REPLACEMENT.
  
 A2) IS THE EXISTING EXFILTRATION TRENCH ABLE TO
 ACCOMODATE THE ROOF RUNOFF FROM THE PROPOSED NEW
 CONSTRUCTION? PLEASE SHOW WHERE THE ROOF DRAINS WILL
 DISCHARGE AND THAT THE VELOCITY OF THE ROOF DRAINAGE
 WILL NOT ADVERSELY EFFECT THE EFFICIENCY OF THE TRENCH.
