 NECESSARY TO DETERMINE IF THE DAC CAN APPROVED THE
 FOOTPRINT SEPARATION TO BE LOCATED AT THE ROOF TOP DECK
 LEVEL OR A CODE AMENDMEN.
 7. DAC APPROVAL WILL BE REQUIRED TO ALLOW CURB CUTS
 THAT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM 25 FEET WIDTH PERMITTED.

 AND RESIDENTIAL USE DOES NOT COMPLY WITH CODE
 REQUIREMENTS IN SEC 94-109.

 ANY STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS. PLEASE BE AWARE THE WIDTH OF
 THE PARKING SPACES IS LARGER IF STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS ARE
 ADJACENT TO THE SPACE. DEAD END PARKING AREAS SHALL
 HAVE A TURN AROUND SPACE.
 10. ADDITIONAL DETAIL WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE LOCATION
 OF THE BIKE FACILITIES. EXACT DIMENSION OF THE SPACE
 AND LOCATION OF RACKS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO CONFIRM

 COST FOR AN ART IN PUBLIC PLACES. SOME OF THE ART
 INSTALLATIONS MAY QUALIFIED BUT THEY REQUIRE APPROVAL
 BY THE AIPP COMMITTEE AND THE CITY COMMISSION.

 FACADES.

 INDICATED IN THE FIRST FLOOR DOES NOT QUALIFY.

 TRI-RAIL BRIDGE AND THE DECK IS PROPOSED.
