 PROPOSED, ITS ACCESSIBILITY SHALL BE IMPROVED.
 CURRENTLY ONLY ONE SMALL STAIR IS PROVIDED FROM THE
 PALM TRAN LOOP, IN ADDITION TO THE PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE.

 SIZE OF THE PROJECT, PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE
 REQUIRED ON SURROUNDING STREETS TO PROVIDE PEDESTRIAN
 ACCESS TO THE PROJECT.
 - WHAT IS THE MINIMUM HEIGHT OF THE RETAIL DECK ABOVE
 THE PALM TRAN LOOP?
 - A PUBLIC ART COMPONENT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS
 PROJECT. PELASE INDICATE INITIAL IDEAS FOR COMPLIANCE.

 - PLEASE PROVIDE COLORED ELEVATIONS, INCLUDING CONTEXT.
 - PLEASE PROVIDE SECTIONS.
 - PEDESTRIAN WALK THRU ON CLEARWATER IS NOT REFLECTED
 IN THE 3D IMAGES.
 - PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS ON PROPOSED FACADE MATERIALS.
 - OFFICE FLOOR PLANS DO NOT ACCURATELY REFLECT 3D
 IMAGES.
  
 LANDSCAPE COMMENTS:
 - STREET TREES SHALL BE PLANTED ALONG THE ENTIRE
 FRONTAGE, ADJACENT TO THE CURB IN TREE GRATES AND AT 30
 FEET INTERVALS.
 - PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION ON PROPOSED GREEN WALLS
 (TYPE OF PLANTS, CONSTRUCTABILITY, MAINTENANCE).
 - EXISTING LANDSCAPE WITHIN THE PALM TRAN LOOP MEDIAN
 CANNOT BE REMOVED AND REPLACED BY PROPOSED ROCK
 BARRIER.
