 THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES. THE ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT
 APPROVAL APPLICATION FORMS CAN BE DOWNLOADED AT
 HTTP://WPB.ORG/ENGINEERING/FORMS-AND-PUBLICATIONS/
  
 1) PLEASE SHOW ALL EXISTING EASEMENTS ON ALL OF THE
 SITE PLANS.
  
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE BROWNFIELD SITE
 REMEDIATION AGREEMENT WITH DEP.
  
 3) CLEARWATER WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE MILLED AND
 RESURFACED FROM BANYAN TO THE SOUTHERN PROPERTY LINE.
  
 4) THE EXISTING FIRE ACCESS EASEMENT OFF OF CLEARWATER
 WILL NEED TO BE ABANDONED. THE NEW EMERGENCY ACCESS
 ROUTE WILL NEED TO BE AT LEAST 20 FEET WIDE.
  
 5) THERE IS A FEE ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROPOSED REMOVAL
 OF THE METERED PARKING SPACES ALONG CLEARWATER.
  
 6) PLEASE PROVIDE VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC
 STUDIES SHOWING HOW THE NEW SITE CONFIGURATION AND USE
 WILL EFFECT THE TRAFFIC VOLUME AND SURROUNDING LOCAL
 ROADWAYS AND WELL AS AN EVALUATION OF THE MINIMUM
 REQUIRED THROAT DEPTH (MRTD) NEEDED FOR EACH ON-SITE
 ACCESS POINT. THE RESULTS OF THE STUDY SHOULD SUPPORT
 TO PROPOSED MID-BLOCK PEDESTRIAN CROSSINGS AND MULTIPLE
 MID-BLOCK VEHICULAR STOPS.
  
 7) REMOVE UNSIGNALIZED DOUBLE RIGHT TURN AT SOUTHERN
 EXIT.
  
 8) SHOW THE APPROXIMATE LOCATIONS OF THE FOUNDATION
 SUPPORTS FOR THE PROPOSED NEW BUILDING(S).
  
 9) THE EXISTING 36" WATER MAIN, WHICH CUTS THROUGH THE
 NORTHWEST CORNER OF PROPERTY, MUST REMAIN ACCESSIBLE
 FOR REPAIRS. NO CONSTRUCTION SHOULD BE PROPOSED WITHIN
 THE EXISTING UTILITY EASEMENT.
  
 10) THE THREE PROPOSED PARKING SPOTS FOR BANK CUSTOMERS
 DO NOT APPEAR TO BE ACCESSIBLE IF DRIVE THROUGH
 OCCUPIED.
  
 11) A DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL
 IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 12) THE PROPOSED POWER LINES ALONG TAMARIND MUST BE
 UNDERGROUND.
  
 13) PLEASE DEMONSTRATE THAT THE PROPOSED PARKING
 COMPLIES WITH CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH CODE OF
 ORDINANCES, ARTICLE XV, SECTIONS 94-111, 94-313, AND
 94-485.
  
 14) PLEASE DEMONSTRATE THAT THE SPRAY FROM PROPOSED
 WATER FEATURE WILL NOT RESULT IN SLIPPERY PEDESTRIAN
 WALKING SURFACES.
  
 15) HAS THE CONDITION OF THE EXISTING STORMWATER SYSTEM
 BEEN EVALUATED?
  
 16) HAVE PRESSURE TESTS BEEN CONDUCTED ON THE POTABLE
 WATER LINE WHERE THE PROPOSED WATER, FIRE, AND
 IRRIGATION CONNECTIONS ARE PROPOSED? THE AVAILABLE
 WATER PRESSURE WITHIN THE CITY MAY NOT BE ACCEPTABLE AT
 ELEVATIONS HIGHER THAN THE 2ND FLOOR. WE RECOMMEND THAT
 A LONG-TERM PRESSURE STUDY BE PERFORMED ON THE POTABLE
 WATER LINES PRIOR TO FINALIZATION OF THE DESIGN.
  
 17) THE SANITARY MANHOLE WHERE THE SANITARY SEWER
 CONNECTION IS PROPOSED MAY NEED TO BE REHABILITATED AS
 PART OF THIS PROJECT. THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED
 SANITARY CONNECTION CANNOT BE APPROVED UNTIL FLOW
 ESTIMATES FROM THE PROPOSED LIFT STATION ARE PROVIDED.
  
 18) PLEASE DEMONSTRATE THAT THE PROJECT WILL PROVIDE
 ADEQUATE DRAINAGE AND STORMWATER MANAGEMENT. COMPLIANCE
 WITH CHAPTER 40E-4 WILL DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH
 THIS PROVISION.
 APPROPRIATE MEASURES SHALL BE TAKEN TO ENSURE THAT
 REMOVAL OF STORMWATER WILL NOT ADVERSELY AFFECT
 NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES OR THE PUBLIC STORM DRAINAGE
 SYSTEM. [CO 94-35(C)(11)]
  
 19) PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF THE ROOF DRAINS AND
 HOW THEY WILL CONNECT TO THE STORMWATER SYSTEM.
 CALCULATIONS WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION.
