| | ELEVATIONS HIGHER THAN THE 2ND FLOOR. WE RECOMMEND THAT |
| | A LONG-TERM PRESSURE STUDY BE PERFORMED ON THE POTABLE |
| | WATER LINES PRIOR TO FINALIZATION OF THE DESIGN. |

| | 17) THE SANITARY MANHOLE WHERE THE SANITARY SEWER |
| | CONNECTION IS PROPOSED MAY NEED TO BE REHABILITATED AS |
| | PART OF THIS PROJECT. THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED |
| | SANITARY CONNECTION CANNOT BE APPROVED UNTIL FLOW |
| | ESTIMATES FROM THE PROPOSED LIFT STATION ARE PROVIDED. |
| | |
| | 18) PLEASE DEMONSTRATE THAT THE PROJECT WILL PROVIDE |
| | ADEQUATE DRAINAGE AND STORMWATER MANAGEMENT. COMPLIANCE |
| | WITH CHAPTER 40E-4 WILL DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH |
| | THIS PROVISION. |
| | APPROPRIATE MEASURES SHALL BE TAKEN TO ENSURE THAT |
| | REMOVAL OF STORMWATER WILL NOT ADVERSELY AFFECT |
| | NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES OR THE PUBLIC STORM DRAINAGE |

| | 19) PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF THE ROOF DRAINS AND |
