 VERIFIED FOR THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPE MATERIAL TO BE
 ADDED WITH THIS APPLICATION AS LISTED. FULL COMPLIANCE
 WITH THIS SECTION WILL REQUIRE AN ACCOUNTING OF SPECIES
 FOR THE ENTIRE SITE. THE APPLICANT HAS ADDRESSED THIS
 ITEM FOR THE NEW LANDSCAPING ADDED WITH THIS PETITION
 ONLY.
  
 3. SATISFIED. THE SOUTH LANDSCAPE BUFFER DOES NOT MEET
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-443 (A)(2) FOR PROVIDING
 A TREE EVERY 30 FEET. PLEASE REVISE TO ASSURE ALL
 BUFFERS MEET THE INTENT OF LOCATING ONE TREE EVERY 30
 FEET IN ALL BUFFERS. STAFF REQUESTS THE APPLICANT
 RE-EXAMINE THIS AREA TO USE SMALL TREES OR PALMS THAT
 CAN MEET THE INTENT OF THE CODE WHILE NOT AFFECTING
 FUNCTIONALITY OF THE EMERGENCY ROOM.
  
 4. SATISFIED. NORTH PARKING AREA- PLEASE PROVIDE TREES
 OR EQUIVALENT FOR TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS AND
 ISLANDS NEAR THE ENTRANCE TO THE LOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE APPROVED PLAN. LANDSCAPE PLAN SHEET 4 0F 9 AND 5 OF
 9 HAVE NOT BEEN UPDATED TO REFLECT THE RESPONSE TO THIS
 COMMENT.
  
 5. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING PER
 SECTION 94-443(C)(3) FOR THE TWO PARKING AREAS TO THE
 WEST OF THE PROPOSED SIX STORY BUILDING.
  
 6. SATISFIED. SOME TREES PROPOSED TO BE RELOCATED ARE
 REPLACING TREES OR PALMS THAT ARE MISSING AS SHOWN ON
 THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLAN. PLEASE SHOW THAT TREE AND
 PALM LOCATIONS MEET THE LOCATIONS AND QUANTITIES SHOWN
 ON THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLAN. STAFF SUGGESTS THE
 APPLICANT LIMIT THE LANDSCAPE CHANGES WITH THIS
 PETITION TO THE IMMEDIATELY AFFECTED AREAS AND CODE
 DEFICIENCIES, AND ADDRESS CHANGES TO THE EXISTING
 APPROVED LANDSCAPING AREAS AS PART OF THE MAJOR
 AMENDMENT SO THAT A COMPREHENSIVE ACCOUNTING OF THE
 LANDSCAPING ON SITE CAN OCCUR. THE APPLICANT HAS
 ADDRESSED THIS ITEM FOR THE NEW LANDSCAPING ADDED WITH
 THIS PETITION ONLY.
  
 7. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A MORE RECENT SURVEY TO
 ACCURATELY ASSESS ANY CONFLICTS BETWEEN LANDSCAPING AND
 UTILITY EASEMENTS. THE APPLICANT WILL SUBMIT A NEW
 SURVEY WITH THE MAJOR AMENDMENT.

 APPLICATION SUBMITTED CONCURRENTLY WITH THIS PETITION
 TO SELECT THE CORRECT CATEGORY FOR AGENT IN SECTION 10.
 PLEASE OBTAIN THE PERMIT APPLICATION FROM STAFF TO MAKE
 THE REQUESTED CHANGES.

 INDICATE A CONTINUOUS HEDGE IN THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 ADJACENT TO THE EAST SIDE OF NORTH DIXIE AS REQUIRED.
 THERE ARE SEVERAL GAPS ALLOWING A DIRECT VIEW TO
