2015-02-10 13:12:351. PLEASE SUBMIT AN OPEN SPACE PLAN SHOWING THE OPEN
 SPACE AREAS. THE PLAN MAY BE DELINEATED TO SHOW
 DEVELOPED AREAS AND UNDEVELOPED AREAS OF THE SITE FOR
 CLARIFICATION AND VERIFICATION OF OPEN SPACE USED IN
 CALCULATING LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 2. COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-442 (G) FLORIDA FRIENDLY
 LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS CAN ONLY BE VERIFIED FOR THE
 PROPOSED LANDSCAPE MATERIAL TO BE ADDED WITH THIS
 APPLICATION AS LISTED. FULL COMPLIANCE WITH THIS
 SECTION WILL REQUIRE AN ACCOUNTING OF SPECIES FOR THE
 ENTIRE SITE.
  
 3. THE SOUTH LANDSCAPE BUFFER DOES NOT MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-443 (A)(2) FOR PROVIDING A
 TREE EVERY 30 FEET. PLEASE REVISE TO ASSURE ALL BUFFERS
 MEET THE INTENT OF LOCATING ONE TREE EVERY 30 FEET IN
 ALL BUFFERS.
  
 4. NORTH PARKING AREA- PLEASE PROVIDE TREES OR
 EQUIVALENT FOR TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS AND ISLANDS
 NEAR THE ENTRANCE TO THE LOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 APPROVED PLAN.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING PER SECTION
 94-443(C)(3) FOR THE TWO PARKING AREAS TO THE WEST OF
 THE PROPOSED SIX STORY BUILDING.
  
 6. SOME TREES PROPOSED TO BE RELOCATED ARE REPLACING
 TREES OR PALMS THAT ARE MISSING AS SHOWN ON THE
 APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLAN. PLEASE SHOW THAT TREE AND PALM
 LOCATIONS MEET THE LOCATIONS AND QUANTITIES SHOWN ON
 THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 7. PLEASE PROVIDE A MORE RECENT SURVEY TO ACCURATELY
 ASSESS ANY CONFLICTS BETWEEN LANDSCAPING AND UTILITY
 EASEMENTS.
  
 8. PLEASE CORRECT THE TREE ALTERATION PERMIT
 APPLICATION SUBMITTED CONCURRENTLY WITH THIS PETITION
 TO SELECT THE CORRECT CATEGORY FOR AGENT IN SECTION 10.
