 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY APPROVAL SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM
 PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 2. OUTSTANDING UTILITY LETTERS SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 3. WHEEL STOPS SHALL BE 2 FEET FROM THE FRONT OF THE
 PARKING STALL, NOT 2 FEET 6 INCHES. PLEASE ADJUST PLAN
 AND DETAIL ACCORDINGLY.
 4. PLEASE CONSIDER PROVIDING ADDITIONAL FOUNDATION
 PLANTING AROUND THE NORTH, WEST AND SOUTH SIDES OF THE
 BUILDING.
 5. WHAT IS PROPOSED TO BE STORED IN THE ?WAREHOUSE?
 PORTION OF THE BUILDING? IS THERE ANY CONSIDERATION OF
 USING AN OPAQUE FENCING (WOOD, PVC, ETC.) TO SCREEN THE
 CONTENTS?
 6. COSIDERATION SHOULD BE MADE OF ADDING AN ADDITIONAL
 REGULAR PARKING SPACE. WHAT IS THE ANTICIPATED NUMBER
 OF WORKERS TO BE PRESENT AT THE SAME TIME? AS THERE ARE
 TWO (2) WORK STATIONS, YOU MAY WANT TO CONSIDER
 PROVIDING A SECOND REGULAR PARKING SPACE.
 7. LANDSCAPE AREAS SHALL BE IRRIGATED WITH AN AUTOMATED
 IRRIGATION SYSTEM PROVIDING 120% COVERAGE, NOT 100%.

 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
