 ITEMS TO ADDRESS ON SITE PLAN:
  
 1. IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN A CONSISTENT LEVEL SIDEWALK,
 PLEASE REVISE PLANS TO PUSH THE PARK PLACE SIDEWALK
 NORTHWARD AND CREATE A LANDSCAPE STRIP WITH SHADE TREES
 BETWEEN THE PARKING AND SIDEWALK. THE HANDICAP RAMP
 CONNECTION CAN OCCUR IN THE LANDSCAPE STRIP AND THEN
 CONNECT TO THE SIDEWALK WITHOUT CREATING A DIP IN THE
 SIDEWALK TO ACCOMMODATE THE RAMP. ADDITIONALLY, WHEN
 THE SIDEWALK CROSSES THE PARK PLACE DRIVEWAY, IT SHOULD
 BE MAINTAINED AT AN EVEN LEVEL BY BEING CONSTRUCTED ON
 THE NORTHERN SIDE OF THE CURB CUT.
  
 2. SQUARE FOOTAGE USED IN THE CALCULATION (3,162 SQ.
 FT.) FOR THE REQUIRED PARKING APPEARS TO BE TOO SMALL
 AS THE TOTAL BUILDING SIZE IS 11,251 SQ. FT. AND THE
 APPARATUS BAY, WHICH DOES NOT REQUIRE PARKING IS SHOWN
 AS 5,176 SQ. FT. OF THE TOTAL. PLEASE REVIEW AND REVISE
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 3. ON THE NORTHERN MOST PORTION OF THE SIDEWALK ALONG
 PARKER AVENUE SHOWS THE GUY WIRES FOR THE UTILITY POLE
 WITHIN THE SIDEWALK. CAN THESE GUY WIRES BE RELOCATED
 TO JUST OUTSIDE OF THE SIDEWALK?
  
 4. THE COMMENT RESPONSE LETTER INDICATES THAT PARKING
 LOT AREA HAS BEEN REVISED TO PROVIDE THE 5' BUFFER,
 HOWEVER, THE NORTHERN CORNER OF THE EMPLOYEE PARKING
 AREA IS STILL LESS THAN 5'. OPTIONS TO ADDRESS THIS -
 MOVE THE PARKING SPACES, PUSH OUT THE LANDSCAPE CURBING
 TO BE THE WHEEL STOP WHICH CREATES ADDITIONAL GREEN
 SPACE IN THE CAR OVERHANG, OR REQUEST A VARIANCE.
  
 5. PROPOSED TRANSFORMER APPEARS TO BE OVER THE ARMORY
 ARTS CENTER LEASE LINE? IF THE TRANSFORMER IS ONLY FOR
 THE FIRE STATION, IT WILL NEED TO BE LOCATED OUTSIDE OF
 THE ARMORY ARTS CENTER LEASE LINE. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 6. STRIPING DETAIL TO BE REVISED TO INCLUDE 4" STRIPS
 WITH 12" SPACING PER ZLDR SEC. 94-485 STALL PAINTING
 DETAIL. ADDITIONALLY, DETAIL FOR ADA PARALLEL PARKING
 SPACE SHOULD BE INCLUDED.
  
 7. THE WAVE STYLE BICYCLE RACK (SHEET C 6.05) IS NOT
 PERMITTED. PLEASE REVISE TO AN INVERTED 'U', 'A', POST
 AND LOOP OR SIMILAR STYLE.
  
 8. WAITING ON PENDING REVISED SURVEY.
  
 9. RESPONSE INDICATES THAT 'LIMITS OF CLEAR SIGHT' HAVE
 BEEN REVISED ON SHEET L2.01 ON THE PARK PLACE SIDE.
 HOWEVER, THERE WAS NO CHANGE AND THE ORIENTATION IS
 STILL UNCLEAR.
  
  
 LANDSCAPING COMMENTS:
  
 10. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING FOR THE FPL TRANSFORMER.
  
 11. ROOT BARRIERS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE SATINLEAF
 AND ROYAL PALMS ADJACENT TO THE WATER AND SEWER LINES
 ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING AND AS NEEDED ALONG
 THE SIDEWALK.
  
 12. PLEASE REVISE THE PLANT LIST TO SHOW THE CORRECT
 PLANT NAME AS CLUSIA ROSEA 'NANA'.
  
 13. PLEASE CORRECT THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE
 REQUIREMENT CHART ON SHEET L2.02 SO THE SHRUB AND TREE
 CATEGORIES REFLECT SHRUB AND TREE REFERENCES.
  
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
  
 14. A TOTAL OF TWELVE SETS OF PLANS WILL BE REQUIRED
 FOR PROCEEDING TO THE DOWNTOWN ACTION COMMITTEE (DAC).
