 COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM PERCENTAGE OF ACTIVE USES
 REQUIRED ALONG A PRIMARY STREET (CLEMATIS AND DATURA).
 2. FACADES WITH NON-ACTIVE USES SHALL BE
 ARCHITECTURALLY TREATED. SUBMITTED GARAGE ELEVATIONS DO
 NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS FOR ARCHITECTURALLY TREATED
 NON-ACTIVE USES. PLEASE ENHANCE ELEVATIONS WITH
 ARCHTIECTURAL ELEMENTS AND LANDSCAPE.
 3. PLEASE RE-CONSIDER THE TREATMENT OF THE GREEN SPACES
 ON EITHER SIDE OF THE COURTHOUSE BUILDING. STAFF
 SUGGEST ITS TREATMENT AS A SPACE USABLE BY PEDESTRIANS.
 AN EXAMPLE OF A PUBLIC SPACE MEETING THE SAFETY
 REQUIREMENTS OF A COURTHOUSE COULD BE FOUND IN THE
 RECENTLY FINISHED FORT PIERCE US COURTHOUSE.
 4. PARKING IS PROHIBITED ON ANY EXPOSED ROOF SURFACE
 (SEC 94-111(Q)(4)). A VARIANCE IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR THIS
 REGULATION. PLEASE PROVIDE SOME TYPE OF
 COVERAGE/SCREENING. THE USE OF TRELLIS, SHADE SAILS OR
 PERGOLAS IS ALLOWED.
 5.IF THE EAST ELEVATION OF THE GARAGE SHALL REMAINED
 TOTALLY ABSENT OF OPENNINGS, STAFF SUGGESTS THE
 INTERNAL GARAGE RAMP TO BE LOCATED ON THE WEST BAY
 ALLOWING THE DESIGN ON THE EAST ELEVATIONS WITHOUT THE
 RAMP OBSTRUCTION/VISIBILITY.
 6. REVISED GATE LOCATION IS ADEQUATE.
 7. STRIPING DETAIL SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THE SITE PLAN
 DRAWINGS. PLEASE ENSURE CITY STANDARD IS INCLUDED.
 8. PLEASE INDICATE LOCATION OF PROPOSED BIKE RACKS AND
 INCLUDE DETAIL OF SELECTED RACK. "WAVE" RACK IS NOT
 ALLOWED.
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE REVISED LANDSCAPE DRAWINGS TO CONFIRM
 COMPLIANCE WITH SURFACE PARKING LOT LANDSCAPE
 REQUIREMENTS.

 24. A NEW LOCATION FOR A BIKE SHARING STATION IS
 PROPOSED AT THE CORNER OF CLEMATIS STREET AND TAMARIND
 AVENUE WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY. CITY WILL
 PROVIDE EXACT LOCATION AS SOON AS AVAILABLE.
