 BLOCK AS ONE SIGLE PROJECT UNDER ONE SINGLE PROPERTY.
  
 1-PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CONFIRM ACTIVE USE
 REQUIREMENT ALONG DATURA STREET AND CLEMATIS STREET
 MEETS THE MINIMUM 80% REQUIRED FOR A PRIMARY STREET.
 2- FACADES WITH NO-ACTIVE USES SHALL BE ARCHITECTURALLY
 TREATED. PLEASE SUBMIT GARAGE ELEVATIONS TO CONFIRM
 COMPLIANCE. (SEC 94-109)
 3- PROPOSED COURTHOUSE BUILDING EXCEEDS MAXIMUM SETBACK
 ON DATURA STREET AND CLEMATIS STREET.
 4- PARKING IS PROHIBITED ON ANY EXPOSED ROOF SURFACE
 (SEC 94-111(Q)(4)).
 5- CIRCULATION RAMPS SHALL BE INTERNALIZE TO AVOID
 VISIBILITY OF THE RAMPS FROM THE STREET (SEC 94-111
 (Q)(3)) .
 6- PARKING ENTRANCE GATE SHALL BE MOVED AT LEAST 20
 FEET BACK FROM THE BACK OF THE SIDEWALK TO ALLOW FOR
 STACKING.
 7- STRIPING DETAIL SHALL FOLLOW CITY STANDARDS.
 8- BICYCLE PARKING IS REQUIRED IN A RATIO OF 1 SPACE
 FOR EVERY 15 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED. IN ADDITION, A
 SHOWER AND CHANGING FACILITY SHALL BE PROVIDED WITHIN
 THE BUILDING OR WITHIN 200 FEET OF THE BUILDING
 ENTRANCE.
 9- THE SURFACE PARKING LOT MAINTAINED ON SITE SHALL
 COMPLY WITH ALL THE SURFACE PARKING REQUIREMENTS,
 INCLUDING TERMINAL ISLANDS.
 10- THE PROPOSED CLASICAL DESIGN OF THE BUILDING ON THE
 EXTERIOR IS NOT CONSISTENT WITH THE MORE MODERN DESIGN
 PROPOSED FOR THE BUILDING ITSELF. THE PROPOSED ROOF
 MATERIAL, AND THE STOREFRONT TREATMENT PROPOSED FOR THE
 TYMPANUM ARE NOT CONSISTENT WITH THE CLASSICAL BUILDING
 DESIGN.
 11- PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO INDICATE COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE PRIVATE AND PUBLIC OPEN SPACE REQUIRED
 ACCORDING TO TABLE IV-22.
 12- PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CONFIRM COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE MINIMUM TRANSPARENCY REQUIRED FOR ACTIVE USES
 ON GROUND FLOOR ACCORDING TO TABLE IV-22.
 13- ALONG THE ENTIRE FRONTAGE, STREET TREES SHALL BE
 PLANTED ON TREE GRATES ADJACENT TO THE CURB EVERY 30
 FEET.
 14- STREET LIGHTING SHALL BE PROVIDED. EXTERIOR
 LIGHTING SHALL BE AT LEAST 0.6 FOOTCANDLES AS MEASURE
 AT THE BACK EDGE OF THE CURB AND ONE FOOT ABOVE THE
 SIDEWALK.
 15- PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE PLAN DRAWING WHICH INCLUDES
 INFORMATION REGARDING THE WIDTH OF THE PROPOSED
 SIDEWALK, BUILDING SETBACKS, ON-STREET PARKING, AND
 OTHER SITE PLAN ELEMENTS, AND INCLUDES THE ENTIRE BLCOK
 FROM TAMARIND AVENUE TO THE DOH BUILDING.
 16- PLEASE PROVIDE COLOR ELEVATIONS FOR THE PROPOSED
 BUILDING (COURTHOUSE AND GARAGE), INCLUDING THE
 ADJACENT BUILDINGS IN THE SAME BLOCK AND ACROSS THE
 STREET.
 17- PLEASE PROVIDE A GROSS BUILDING AREA TABLE (USE
 DEFINITION IN SEC 94-109), AND A PARKING TABLE TO
 INDICATE THE PARKING REQUIRED VS PROVIDED FOR THE
 COURTHOUSE, AND THE OTHER STATE BUILDINGS TO BE
 SERVICED BY THE GARAGE.
 18- PLEASE SUBMIT A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT APPLICATION.
 19. PROPOSED PROJECT IS REQUIRED TO TO GO TO THE
 DOWNTOWN ACTION COMMITTEE FOR SPECIAL REVIEW.
 20. NOTE THAT ALL NEW PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT, NEW
 CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION OR REMODELING, WHERE TOTAL
 VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION COSTS OF ALL BUILDINGS ON A
 PROJECT SITE ARE EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN $500,000.00,
 IS SUBJECT TO THE ART IN PUBLIC PLACES REQUIREMENTS
 OUTLINED IN CHAPTER 78, ARTICLE V OF THE CITY?S CODE OF
 ORDINANCES.
