 ITEMS TO ADDRESS WITH APPLICATION SUBMITTAL:
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE 400 RADIUS MAP THAT
 WOULD HAVE BEEN PROVIDED BY THE PROPERTY APPRAISER AT
 THE TIME OF PRINTING THE SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNER
 ADDRESSES.
  
 2. THERE WERE NO UTILITY LETTERS PROVIDED IN THE
 SUBMITTAL. PLEASE OBTAIN AND SUBMIT THE UTILITY LETTERS
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITEMS NO. 13 AND 14 IN THE
 APPLICATION PACKET. SURVEY SHOWS OVERHEAD LINES WITHIN
 THE ALLEY SO AN UTILITY EASEMENT OF SOME CAPACITY WILL
 BE REQUIRED DEPENDING ON THE RESPONSES RECEIVED FROM
 THE VARIOUS UTILITY PROVIDERS.
  
 3. WHAT IS PHILIP ESXLUND'S RELATIONSHIP TO 444 BUNKER
 ROAD? OATH OF PETITIONER STATES HE IS THE
 PRESIDENT/CHAIRMAN OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, BUT I WAS
 NOT ABLE TO FIND A CONNECTION. PLEASE CLARIFY AND/OR
 PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION AS NECESSARY.
  
 4. THERE WERE NO SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEYS IN THE
 SUBMITTAL. PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF THREE SETS OF
 SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEYS.
  
 5. PLEASE SUBMIT COPIES OF ALL SURVEYS IN ELECTRONIC
 FORMAT - PNG FILE TYPE. YOU MAY SEND THEM VIA EMAIL.
  
 6. IS THERE ANY TRASH COLLECTION TAKING PLACE ALONG THE
 ALLEY ON THE WEST SIDE OF WEBSTER AVENUE?
  
  
  
 GENERAL COMMENTS:
  
 7. ARE THERE ANY PRELIMINARY PLANS FOR HOW THE
 REQUESTED AREA TO BE ABANDONED WILL BE USED? THE
 APPLICATION STATES THAT THE REASON FOR THE ABANDONMENT
 OF THE ALLEY IS TO IMPROVE THE SPACE AND ADD
 LANDSCAPING.
  
 8. HAVE YOU SPOKEN WITH ANY OF THE PROPERTY OWNERS THAT
 ABUT THE ALLEY OR COULD BE POTENTIAL USERS OF THE
 ALLEY? ARE YOU ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY LETTERS OF NEIGHBOR
 SUPPORT?
  
 9. PLEASE BE AWARE THE COST OF THE APPRAISAL FOR THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY REQUESTED TO BE ABANDONED WILL BE $1,800.
 THE FEE WILL BE COLLECTED AND APPRAISAL ORDERED AFTER A
 DETERMINATION HAS BEEN MADE REGARDING THE LOCATION OF
 ANY UTILITY EASEMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE REQUEST.
  
 10. IN REVIEW OF THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED, PLANNING
 STAFF IS NOT IN SUPPORT OF ABANDONMENT OF THE PORTION
 OF THE ALLEY TO THE WEST OF WEBSTER AVENUE WHICH WOULD
 CREATE DEAD-END ALLEY RIGHT-OF-WAY.
