 1. FIRE SEPARATION DISTANCE. PER SECTION 702 AND 705 OF
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, THE MINIMUM DISTANCE OF A
 BUILDING TO THE PROPERTY LINE AND THE PERCENTAGE OF
 ONENINGS ALLOWED IN A WALL FACING THE PROPERTY LINE CAN
 BE MEASURED TO THE CENTER LINE OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY. THE
 CODE COMPLIANCE OF CURRENT BUILDINGS, AND ANY FUTURE
 BUILDINGS, NEAR THE REAR PROPERTY LINE OF THE
 PROPERTIES FROM 411 MAYFLOWER ROAD THROUGH 509
 MAYFLOWER RD, MAY BE NEGATIVELY IMPACTED IF THE ALLEY
 IS NO LONGER A RIGHT-OF-WAY. FROM THE BUILDING CODE
 PERSPECTIVE, THE PROPOSED PURCHASE OF THE ALLEY WOULD
 EFFECTIVELY MOVE THE PROPERTY LINE, AS DEFINED BY
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, APPROXIMATELY 8.5 FEET CLOSER TO
 THE BUILDINGS ON THOSE PROPERTIES. THE OWNERS OF THE
 AFFECTED PROPERTIES, AT 411 MAYFLOWER ROAD THROUGH 509
 MAYFLOWER RD, SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF THIS ISSUE AND
 ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR AGREEMENT.
