 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM
 THE DATE OF THE COMMENTS (BY MAY 16, 2015), THE CASE
 SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL
 REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT NOT ALL OF THE PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS WERE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED; THEREFORE, A
 RESUBMITTAL FEE OF $60 IS REQUIRED AS PART OF THE NEXT
 RESUBMITTAL.
  
 TRADITIONS PHASE II
  
 1) REVISED COMMENT: THE TOTAL LINE UNDER THE PARKING
 CALCULATIONS ACCESSIBLE SPACES AREA DOES NOT MATCH THE
 TOTAL NO. PROV. +13 SPACES. 704 VS. 706
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: THE PARKING STALL DETAILS SHALL BE
 AMENDED TO PUT THE WHEEL STOP IN THE FULL SIZE PARKING
 SPACE.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE THE BICYCLE RACK PAD
 DIMENSIONS ON THE SITE PLAN. ONLY ONE OF THE TWO PADS
 HAS DIMENSIONS; HOWEVER, THE DIMENSION DOES NOT MATCH
 THE DIMENSION ON THE BIKE RACK DETAIL. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 THE DIMENSION ON THE BIKE RACK DETAIL FOR THE NUMBER OF
 RACKS SHOWN IS ONLY 14 FEET WIDE, NOT 14 FEET 4 INCHES
 AS LISTED.
  
 4) REVISED COMMENT: PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE PACE
 PARKING SPACES TO VERIFY THAT THE SPACES HAVE
 SUFFICIENT DEPTH FOR THE PACE VANS. THE VANS WERE
 STATED TO BE LONGER THAN 18 FEET YET THE PACE SPACES
 SEEM TO BE 18 FEET LONG. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE DRIVE
 AISLE NEEDS TO REMAIN AT 24 FEET IN WIDTH.
  
 5) CONDITION OF APPROVAL: ANY MISSING BUFFER TREES AND
 HEDGES NEED TO BE FILLED IN AS PART OF THE
 CONSTRUCTION.
  
 THE COURTYARD AND ENTRY ROAD LANDSCAPE ITEMS HAVE BEEN
 SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED.
