 (5) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PDF FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (BY MARCH 14, 2015),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 TRADITIONS PHASE II
  
 1) THIS BUILDING WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE
 CITY'S ARTS IN PUBLIC PLACES REQUIREMENTS.
  
 2) PLEASE CHECK THE "PARKING PROVIDED" NUMBER. STAFF
 COUNTS 193 SPACES AROUND THE TRADITIONS PHASE II
 BUILDING (THIS VALUE IS ALSO SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN).
  
 3) THE PARKING STALL DETAILS SHALL BE AMENDED TO PUT
 THE WHEEL STOP IN THE FULL SIZE PARKING SPACE, NOT IN
 THE ONE WITH THE CURBED OVERHANG.
  
 4) PROVIDE THE BICYCLE RACK PAD DIMENSIONS ON THE SITE
 PLAN.
  
 5) WHERE WILL THE PACE BUS PARKING BE RELOCATED TO?
 THIS SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
  
 6) THE PLANS CALL OUT A DUMPSTER AND RECYCLING WITH AN
 OPAQUE GATE; HOWEVER, THE DETAIL STATES THERE IS A
 COMPACTOR. PLEASE CLARIFY. THE TRASH FACILITY NEEDS TO
 BE ENCLOSED ON ALL SIDES WITH AN OPAQUE, LANDSCAPED
 ENCLOSURE.
  
 7) THE CURRENTLY APPROVED SITE PLAN SHOWS A SIDEWALK
 ALONG A LONG PORTION OF THE SOUTHERN LAKE THAT WAS
 DESIGNED TO BE A WALKING PATH FOR THE RESIDENTS. THE
 WALKING PATH DISTANCE NEEDS TO BE MAINTAINED, EVEN IF
 IT LEADS TO A DIFFERENT PORTION OF THE LAKE.
  
 8) THERE NEEDS TO BE SCREENING LANDSCAPE ON THE NORTH
 SIDE OF THE COOLING TOWER ENCLOSURE.
  
 9) SINGLE, SOLO TRUNK ADONIDIA PALMS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR
 TERMINAL ISLAND TREES.
  
 10) ONE OF THE TERMINAL PARKING ISLANDS SOUTH OF THE
 BUILDING IS MISSING A REQUIRED TREE.
  
 11) THE FRACTIONS ARE ROUNDED UP FOR THE REQUIRED TREE
 NUMBERS. PLEASE VERIFY YOUR MATH - EX. REQUIRED BUFFER
 TREES ARE INCORRECT.
  
 12) THERE ARE MORE "PROVIDED" BUFFER TREES THAN ARE
 SHOWN IN THE TABLE. PLEASE VERIFY ALL PLANT COUNTS.
  
 13) ANY MISSING BUFFER TREES AND HEDGES NEED TO BE
 FILLED IN AS PART OF THE CONSTRUCTION.
  
 14) THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS REFERENCE SHEET A108 FOR
 THE GENERATOR PLAN. PLEASE PROVIDE THIS SHEET.
  
 EDWARDS COURTYARDS
  
 15) PLEASE REMOVE THE BOARDROOM EXPANSION SQUARE
 FOOTAGE FROM THE EDWARDS BUILDING LINE ITEMS ON THE
 MASTER PLAN (PARKING AND SQUARE FOOTAGE).
  
 16) SHEET L105 WILL VOID PREVIOUSLY APPROVED BOARDROOM
 SHEETS LP-1 AND LD-1.
  
 17) AN UPDATED TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR
 THE RELOCATED TREES.
  
 ENTRY ROAD LANDSCAPE
  
 18) THE ENTRY MEDIAN BETWEEN THE SPECIAL CARE FACILITY
 AND THE PORTE COCHERE HAS CHANGED LANDSCAPE
 CONFIGURATION ON THE LATEST SUBMITTED BUILDING PERMIT.
 PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE SHEETS TO REFLECT THE
 PROPOSED LANDSCAPE.
  
 SITE DATA TABLE
  
 19) THE MASTER SITE DATA TABLE NEEDS TO BE UPDATED TO
 REFLECT THE CONVERSION OF THE 144 UNITS IN PHASE I TO
 144 BEDS AND MOVING 40 OF THE 44 UNITS TO BEDS IN PHASE
 I. THUS PHASE I IS COUNTED AS HAVING 184 BEDS AND ZERO
 UNITS. NOTATIONS SHALL BE ADDED.
