 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (BY FEBRUARY 10,
 2015), THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY
 FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT
 APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) THE SITE DATA TABLE SHALL BE AMENDED AT PROPOSED
 GROSS FLOOR AREA TO NOT STATE "THIS APPLICATION". FOR
 FUTURE REVIEW CLARITY, IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE:
  
 GROSS FLOOR AREA: 818,605 SF (PH1)
  932,397 SF (PH1 + PH2)
  
 THIS SHOULD ALSO BE REFLECTED IN THE CHART. NOTE: IT IS
 VERY CLEAR HOW MUCH SQUARE FOOTAGE IN EACH PHASE ON THE
 MASTER PLAN PBA CHART.
  
 2) PROVIDE THE OVERALL FINAL SITE PLAN SHOWING THE
 PHASE 2 BUILDOUT. THIS SHOULD BE A STANDALONE FSP-1.1,
 NOT THE BUILDINGS GHOSTED ON TOP OF THE CURRENT PARKING
 LAYOUT AS SHOWN ON FSP-1.
  
 3) TWO ADA SPACES APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN REMOVED WITHOUT
 THE CORRESPONDING UPDATE OF THE DATA TABLE.
  
 4) THE UTILITY LAYERS AND SOME OF THE INTERIOR CORRIDOR
 LAYERS DO NOT APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN TURNED ON FOR FSP-2.1
 AND 3.1. THE LAYERS SHOWN ON THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED
 PLANS SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE NEW PLANS.
  
 5) THE BICYCLE RACK SOUTHEAST OF THE VALET STAND SHALL
 BE 11.5 FEET IN WIDTH.
  
 6) A PEDESTRIAN CROSS WALK SHALL BE INSTALLED ACROSS
 THE NARROW PORTION OF THE DRIVE AISLE SOUTH OF THE
 VALET STAND TO PROVIDE MORE OPTIONS TO THE WALKWAY
 NETWORK. THERE IS A CROSSING GENERALLY SHOWN IN THIS
 LOCATION ON THE CURRENTLY APPROVED PHASE 2 PLAN.
  
 7) SIGNS NOTIFYING DRIVERS OF THE PEDESTRIAN CROSSINGS
 SHALL BE INSTALLED FOR THE CROSSWALKS ADJACENT TO THE
 VALET STAND.
  
 8) THERE ARE UNSCREENED DUMPSTERS THAT ARE LOCATED
 WITHIN THE BUILDING J-1 SERVICE COURT. THESE DUMPSTERS
 SHALL EITHER BE LOCATED WITHIN AN ENCLOSURE THAT IS
 SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN, OR BE REMOVED. ALTERNATIVELY, A
 SCREEN GATE MAY BE INSTALLED TO COVER THE ENTRANCE TO
 THE SERVICE AREA.
  
 9) THE SERVICE COURT FOR THE NEW PHASE 2 BUILDING NO
 LONGER SHOWS THE FOUNDATION PLANTING EXTENDING FIVE (5)
 FEET PAST THE SERVICE COURT OPENING AS REQUIRED BY THE
 DESIGN GUIDELINES. THIS IS NOT SHOWN ON THE SOUTH SIDE
 OF THE OPENING.
  
 10) THE COMPACTOR SHOWN IN THE SERVICE COURT FOR THE
 NEW PHASE 2 BUILDING IS NO LONGER SCREENED BY THE
 SERVICE COURT WALL.
  
 11) PROVIDE A REVISED OVERALL LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING
 PHASE 2 (SHEET LP-1.1) AND SHEETS LP-2.1 AND 2.3 WITH
 ALL THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED LANDSCAPE. THESE WILL BE
 THE PLANS OF RECORD FOR THE ULTIMATE BUILD-OUT OF THE
 PB OUTLETS. STAFF WILL NOT ACCEPT THE NEED TO MULTIPLE
 DOCUMENTS TO PIECE TOGETHER THE FINAL APPROVED
 LANDSCAPE.
  
 12) PLEASE CONSIDER PLANNING SOME MORE TREES ALONG THE
 NORTH SIDE OF THE NEW BUILDING AND THE J-3 SERVICE
 COURT TO SOFTEN THE LONG FACADES.
  
 13) A NEW BICYCLE RACK (NO DIMENSIONS) IS SHOWN EAST OF
 THE NEW BUS DROP OFF. THE SITE PLAN STILL SHOWS THE
 EXISTING BICYCLE RACK BETWEEN THE NEW BUS DROP OFF
 CANOPIES. WHILE STAFF SUPPORTS THE PROVISION OF MORE
 BICYCLE PARKING, IS IT THE INTENT TO HAVE BOTH RACKS?
 THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN DOES NOT SHOW EITHER RACK.
  
 14) BASED ON STAFF PEDESTRIAN OBSERVATION AND
 EXPERIENCE, STAFF RECOMMENDS THAT STEPPING STONE PATHS
 (OR EVEN FULL SIDEWALKS) BE INSTALLED LEADING FROM THE
 EXECUTIVE CENTER ENTRY ROAD SIDEWALK TO THE ADJACENT
 PARKING AREAS (STAFF HAS THIS ANNOTATED ON A PLAN TO
 SHOW EXAMPLES).
  
 15) PLEASE UPDATE PLANS TO REFERENCE THE NEW BUILDING
 AS J-11.
