| | SURVEY TO COMPLY WITH SECTION 78-9 OF THE CITY?S CODE |
| | OF ORDINANCES, WHICH SPECIFIES NGVD 1929 AS THE |
| | OFFICIAL CITY VERTICAL DATUM. PLEASE ALSO REFERENCE THE |
| | VERTICAL DATUM ON THE PAVING, GRADING AND DRAINAGE |

| | 2. REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO SHOW LOCATIONS OF ALL |

| | 3. ON SHEET LP-3, A LIVE OAK IS PROPOSED WITHIN THE DRY |
| | DETENTION AREA OFF OF FLAGLER DRIVE. THE OAK TRUNK IS |
| | SHOWN THREE FEET FROM THE DRAINAGE PIPE. PLEASE VERIFY |
| | THAT THIS TYPE OF OAK WILL SURVIVE IN DAMP SOILS AND |
| | WITH ROOT BARRIERS AT THE EDGE OF THE PIPE TRENCH (I.E. |
| | TRUNK LOCATION). |

| | ADDITION TO DEMONSTRATING THAT THE REQUIRED FLOOD |
| | PROTECTION AND WATER QUALITY TREATMENT IS PROVIDED, THE |
| | CALCULATION SHOULD INCLUDE AN EVALUATION OF THE IMPACT |
| | (IF ANY) OF THE ROOF DRAIN VELOCITY INTO THE STORMWATER |
| | SYSTEM. |

| | 4. SUBMIT DETAILS OF THE LIFT STATION DESIGN AND PEAK |
| | CAPACITY. |
