 COMMENTS:
  
 1. THIS REVIEW IS A CURSORY REVIEW AS IT RELATES TO THE
 SITE. IT IS NOT A REVIEW FOR FULL COMPLIANCE WITH
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE TO BE
 ADDRESSED FOR PERMITTING.
  
 2. NUMBER OF ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES IN THE
 SOUTH-WEST PARKING LOT AREA. SHEET FSP-1 SHOWS JUST ONE
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE IN A PARKING LOT AREA THAT HAS
 MORE THAN 150 PARKING SPACES. SECTION 208.2 OF FLORIDA
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE THE NUMBER OF ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACES REQUIRED BY TABLE 208.2 SHALL BE PROVIDED IN
 EACH PARKING AREA. FOR A PARKING AREA WITH A PARKING
 SPACE COUNT BETWEEN 151 AND 200, 6 ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACES WOULD BE REQUIRED. THE ACCSSIBLE PARKING SPACES
 ARE TO BE LOCATED ON THE SHORTEST POSSIBLE ROUTE OF
 TRAVEL FROM ADJACENT PARKING TO AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE
 FOR EACH BUILDING SERVED. HOWEVER, IT WOULD APPEAR THAT
 THIS PARKING AREA IS LIKELY TO BE USED BY RESIDENTS AND
 GUESTS OF THE EXISTING APARTMENTS TO THE EAST, IN WHICH
 CASE AIR HOUSING ACT REQUIRES THAT 2% OF THE PARKING BE
 ACCESSIBLE, RATHER THAN THE ABOVE-MENTIONED 6
 ACCESSIBLE SPACES.
  
 3. ALL APPLICABLE PERMITS AND SUB-PERMITS MUST BE
 OBTAINED BEFORE COMMENCING THE WORK. SEPARATE PERMITS,
 PLANS AND FEES, ARE REQUIRED FOR SWIMMING POOLS AND
 SPAS, GAS SYSTEMS, GENERATORS, FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS, FIRE
 SPRINKLER AND OTHER FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS, GREASE
 INTERCEPTORS, SITE LIGHTING, SITE LANDSCAPE, SITE
 IRRIGATION, ETC.
