| | 1.) THE APPLICANT SHALL ADDRESS ALL PPRC COMMENTS. |

| | 2.) A RE-PLAT OF SUBJECT PROPERTY (PHASE II) AND PHASE |
| | I OF THE CHARLESTON COMMONS RPD IS REQUIRED. THE CITY |
| | SHALL APPROVE THE RE-PLAT OF THE PROPERTIES PRIOR TO |

| | 5.) ALL NEW PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT, NEW CONSTRUCTION, |
| | RENOVATION OR REMODELING, WHERE THE TOTAL VERTICAL |
| | CONSTRUCTION OF ALL BUILDINGS ON A PROJECT SITE ARE |
| | EQUAL OR GREATER THAN $500,000.00, IS SUBJECT TO THE |
| | ART IN PUBLIC PLACES REQUIREMENTS OUTLINED IN CHAPTER |
| | 78, ARTICLE V OF THE CITY'S CODE OF ORDINANCES. |

| | 6.) A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT FROM THE DEVELOPMENT |
| | SERVICES DEPARTMENT - PLANNING DIVISION SHALL BE |
| | OBTAINED PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OF ANY TREES ON THE |
| | PROPERTY. A PLAN FOR THE MITIGATION OF TREES SHALL BE |
| | REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION FOR A TREE |
| | ALTERATION PERMIT. |

| | 7.) PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE FIRST CERTIFICATE OF |
| | OCCUPANCY (CO), THE 10 FOOT BY 15 FOOT SCHOOL BUS |
| | SHELTER SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED BY THE DEVELOPER IN A |
| | LOCATION AND MANNER ACCEPTABLE TO THE PALM BEACH COUNTY |
| | SCHOOL BOARD. THE BUS SHELTER SHALL BE THE MAINTENANCE |
| | RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEVELOPMENT. |

| | 8.) THE DEVELOPER SHALL POST A NOTICE OF ANNUAL |
| | BOUNDARY SCHOOL ASSIGNMENTS FOR STUDENTS FROM THIS |
| | DEVELOPMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE |
| | PALM BEACH COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD. |
