 MARSHAL, WITH THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 THIS REVIEW CAN ONLY BE CONSIDERED PRELIMINARY AS THE
 DRAWINGS THAT WERE REVIEWED WERE NOT COMPLETE.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS CAN BE EXPECTED WHEN FULL DRAWINGS
 ARE SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT.
  
 THE FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU HAS NO OBJECTIONS TO THE
 PROPOSED PROJECT; HOWEVER, THE FOLLOWING ARE THE NOTED
 CONCERNS.
  
 ALL CONSTRUCTION SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA 241
  
 SITE ACCESS AND EXIT POINTS ARE TO BE CLEARLY
 IDENTIFIED AND MAINTAINED FOR EMERGENCY VEHICLES DURING
 ALL CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.
  
 THE BUILDING ADDRESS SHALL BE CLEARLY VISIBLE FROM ALL
 ACCESS ROADWAYS, INCLUDING DURING CONSTRUCTION. ADDRESS
 NUMBERS SHALL CONTRAST WITH THEIR BACKGROUND AND SHALL
 NOT BE LESS THAN SIX (6) INCHES IN HEIGHT WITH A ONE
 (1) INCH STROKE FOR ALL BUILDINGS.
  
 TRASH AND DEBRIS IS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE DAILY
 OR MORE OFTEN TO REDUCE THE ACCUMULATION OF POTENTIAL
 LIFE AND FIRE SAFETY HAZARDS.
  
 THE PARKING CONFIGURATION IS INCONSISTENT WITH PHASE I.
 THE PROPOSED CONFIGURATION IS A HINDRANCE IN THE EVENT
 OF EMERGENCY ACCESS BOTH FIRE AND EMS. IT IS DIFFICULT
 TO MANEUVER A STRCHER BETWEEN CARS AS THEY ARE PARKED
 ACCROSS THE ENTIRE PARKING AREA. IN THE SAME MANNER,
 FIRE OPERATIONS ARE COMPROMSED WHEN PULLING HOSE AND
 TOOLS BETWEEN CARS IN THE EVENT OF A FIRE.
 ADDITIONALLY, FIRE HYDRANT ACCESS CAN BE DIFFICULT
 UNLESS POSTIONED STRATEGICALLY TO REDUCE OBSTACLES,
 BARRIERS AND DELAYS, AS WELL AS, PROTECTION FROM
 TRAFFIC AND PARKING.
  
 FIRE HYDRANT LOCATIONS WERE NOT CLEARLY INDICATED, BUT
 THEY SHOULD BE CONSISTENT WITHPHASE I AND SHALL BEING
 APPROVED BY THE FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU.
  
 ALL UNDERGROUND WATER LINES CONNECTING FIRE HYDRANTS
 SHALL BE CONSIDERED FIRE LINES AND INSTALLED AND
 INSPECTED AS SUCH.
  
 ALL BUILDINGS APPEAR TO BE APARTMENTS; HOWEVER, THE
 TERM TOWNHOUSES IS BEING USED. FURTHER DETAIL OF THE
 CONSTRUCTION AND SEPARATION OF THE UNITS IS REQUIRED.
 ALL APARTMENT BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA
 FIRE PREVENTION CODE, 2010 EDITION, THE LIFE SAFETY
 CODE, 2009 EDITION, INCLUDING MORE SPECIFICALLY,
 CHAPTER 30, NEW APARTMENTS.
  
 THE CLUBHOUSE IS A SEPARATE STRUCTURE AND OCCUPANCY AND
 MAY REQUIRE A SEPARATE BUILDING PERMIT. COMMUNICATON
 WITH THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.
  
 NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR STRUCTURES WITH LIGHT-FRAME
 TRUSS-TYPE CONSTRUCTION. ANY COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, OR
 ANY MULTIUNIT RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE OF THREE UNITS OR
 MORE WHICH USES HORIZONTAL OR VERTICAL LIGHT-FRAME
 TRUSS-TYPE CONSTRUCTION IN ANY PORTION SHALL BE MARKED
 WITH AN APPROVED SYMBOL. THE APPROVED SYMBOL SHALL BE
 PLACED WITHIN 24 INCHES TO THE LEFT OF THE MAIN ENTRY
