 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF TWELVE
 (12) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PNG FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - THE PPRC COMMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED AND
 SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION BY 5 PM ON FRIDAY,
 JANUARY 23, 2015, TO BE SCHEDULED FOR THE FEBRUARY 18,
 2015 PLANNING BOARD MEETING.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE THESE COMMENTS (BY FEBRUARY 30,
 2015), THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY
 FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT
 APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED COMMENTS WERE
 NOT SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED; THEREFORE, THE APPLICANT IS
 ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE OF 20% OF THE ORIGINAL
 APPLICATION FEE ($720).
  
 - PUBLIC HEARING NOTIFICATION SIGNAGE SHALL BE POSTED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 94-39(I)(5) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
  
 1) REPEAT COMMENT: THE SURVEYOR SHALL PROVIDE A SKETCH
 WHICH SHOWS THE DOCK ON FUTURE LOT 1 AND THE DIMENSIONS
 FROM THE DOCK TO THE NORTHERN PROPERTY LINE OF PROPOSED
 LOT 1. THE SKETCH SHALL SHOW MIDDLE ONE THIRD SETBACK
 LINES FOR NEW LOTS 1 AND 2. THESE DIMENSIONS WILL BE
 USED AS PART OF THE SETBACK WAIVER RECOMMENDATION BY
 STAFF.
  
 2) WHILE NOT AFFECTING THE FURTHER PROCESSING OF THE
 APPLICATION, THE APPLICANT IS ON NOTICE THAT THE
 EXISTING BOATHOUSE ROOF, THE PILINGS EAST OF NEW LOT 2
 AND THE WOOD PILING EAST OF THE DOCK SHALL BE REMOVED
 AS NONE OF THESE WERE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH A
 PERMIT ISSUED BY THE CITY. THE ORIGINAL BOATHOUSE ROOF,
 WHILE INCLUDED ON THE ORIGINAL 1963 DOCK PERMIT, WAS
 REMOVED FROM THE DOCK FOR A PERIOD IN EXCESS OF 12
 MONTHS AND THUS LOST ANY GRANDFATHERED STATUS.
  
 3) ALL DEMOLITION SHALL OCCUR WITH A PERMIT WILL BE A
 CONDITION OF ANY CITY APPROVAL ACTION.
