 1. THE SURVEY DOES NOT ACCURATELY REFLECT WHAT?S
 EXISTING ON THE PROPERTY. PLEASE ADDRESS (I.E. MISSING
 CURB CUT, LANDSCAPE AREAS, ETC.)
  
 2. THE REAR SETBACK DIMENSION FOR THE EXISTING
 STRUCTURE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PROPOSED LOT 8 DOES NOT
 COMPLY WITH ZLDR REQUIREMENTS FOR THE REQUIRED REAR
 SETBACK. THE REAR SETBACK DISTANCE MUST BE 15 FT. OR 10
 PERCENT OF THE LOT DEPTH (REQUIRED: 8.6 FT.; PROVIDED:
 8 FT.). (ZLDR S.94-72A.(2)C.)
  
 3. PLEASE ILLUSTRATE HOW EACH PROPOSED LOT WILL MEET
 THE MINIMUM LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS:
 A. 1,000 SQ. FT. OF LANDSCAPE AREA IN THE FRONT YARD OF
 THE PROPERTY.
 B. A MINIMUM OF ONE (1) FLOWERING TREE, SHAD OR FRUIT
 TREE MUST BE PLANTED FOR EACH 1,600 SQ. FT. OF OPEN
 SPACE.
 C. A MINIMUM OF ONE (1) SHRUB PER 500 SQ. FT. OF OPEN

 4. PER ZLDR S.94-305(B)(7), STEPS MUST BE SETBACK AT
 LEAST 2 FT. FROM THE PROPERTY LINE. HAVE PERMITS BEEN
 ISSUED FOR THE STEPS CONNECTING BETWEEN PROPERTIES?
  
 5. THE DRIVEWAY ON LOT 8 DOES NOT SEEM TO MEET ZLDR
 REQUIREMENTS. WHAT IS THE SIDE SETBACK OF THE DRIVEWAY
 ON LOT 8 AND WHEN WAS THE DRIVEWAY CONSTRUCTED?
  
 6. THE EXISTING POOL SHALL BE FENCED/SECURED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS PRIOR TO FINAL CITY SIGN-OFF.
