 LAND DEVELOPMENT
  
 THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
 WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT
 APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION PROCESSES.
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL.
  
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR
 TO START OF CONSTRUCTION. THE APPLICATION FORMS CAN BE
 DOWNLOADED AT

 1. SECTION 78-9 OF THE CITY'S CODE OF ORDINANCES
 SPECIFIES NGVD 1929 AS THE OFFICIAL CITY VERTICAL
 DATUM. REVISE THE PLANS TO REFERENCE VERTICAL DATUM
 NGVD 1929.
  
 2. REVISE THE ENTRANCE/EXIT FROM THE PROPOSED PARKING
 AREAS TO UTILIZE CITY DETAIL CG-6 OR CG-7. CITY
 ENGINEERING STANDARD DETAILS CAN BE DOWNLOADED FROM OUR
 WEBSITE AT HTTP://WPB.ORG/ENGINEERING/ENGINEERING-SERVI
 CES/ENGINEERING-STANDARDS/
  
 3. LABEL THE RADII AT THE PROPOSED INTERSECTIONS AND
 THE DRIVE AISLE WIDTHS IN THE PARKING AREA.
  
 4. REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO SHOW THE LOCATION OF
 UNDERGROUND AND OVERHEAD UTILITIES WHICH MAY IMPACT THE
 LANDSCAPING. SOME OF THE PROPOSED TREES APPEAR TO BE ON
 TOP OF A SEGMENT OF THE PROPOSED EXFILTRATION TRENCH.
  
 5. SHOW THE VISIBILITY TRIANGLE ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS
 AND DEMONSTRATE THAT THE PROPOSED DESIGN MEETS THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-305(E) OF THE CITY'S CODE OF
 ORDINANCES AT THE INTERSECTIONS AND VEHICULAR EXITS.
  
 6. SHOW THE ALL EXISTING UTILITIES, PROPOSED UTILITIES,
 AND CALL OUT WHICH EXISTING LINES ARE TO BE REMOVED OR
 ABANDONED. FACILITIES PROPOSED TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE
 CITY SHOULD BE LOCATED IN AREAS ACCESSIBLE WITH
 STANDARD CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT.
  
 7. REVISE THE PLANS TO SHOW THE PROPOSED RIGHTS-OF-WAY
 LINES. THE PROPOSED EXFILTRATION TRENCH WILL NEED TO BE
 LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE AREA INTENDED FOR OPERATION AND
 MAINTENANCE BY THE CITY.
  
 8. HOW WILL THE SOLID WASTE BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE?
 THE TRASH CONTAINER/COMPACTOR MUST BE LOCATED IN AN
 AREA ACCESSIBLE TO CITY SANITATION TRUCKS, WHICH ARE
 TYPICALLY 35 FEET LONG AND 15 FT HIGH, (PER SECTION
 94-35A9 OF THE CODE) AND THE ENCLOSURE MUST MEET THE
 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS SHOWN IN FIGURE XIV-3 IN SECTION
 94-444 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES. PER CODE SECTION
 74-34(A)(2), A PRIVATE SOLID WASTE SERVICE PROVIDER MAY
 BE USED IF THE CITY IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE NEEDED
 SERVICE (E.G. CONTAINERS AND COMPACTORS OVER 8 CUBIC
 YARDS). AS PART OF THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION, CALCULATIONS WILL NEED TO BE
 PROVIDED ESTIMATING THE VOLUME OF WASTE ANTICIPATED TO
 BE GENERATED BY THE FACILITY AND SHOWING THAT THE TRASH
 CONTAINER/RECEPTACLES HAVE BEEN SIZED APPROPRIATELY.
  
 9. THE PROJECT MUST PROVIDE ADEQUATE STORMWATER
 MANAGEMENT, INCLUDING NOT MODIFYING THE VELOCITY OR
 VOLUME OF OFF-SITE STORMWATER DISCHARGE. DESCRIBE HOW
 THIS WILL BE ACHIEVED. COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 40E-4
 FAC WILL DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH THIS PROVISION.

 10. THE PLAN SETS CIRCULATED FOR REVIEW WERE NOT SIGNED
 OR SEALED BY A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL (ARCHITECT, CIVIL
 ENGINEER, AND/OR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT). PLEASE SUBMIT
 SIGNED AND SEALED PLANS FOR FINAL APPROVAL. (FAC
