 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. THE PROPOSED ANGLED PARKING SPACES ARE SHOWN WITH
 ONLY 13 FEET OF DRIVE AISLE WIDTH; PURSUANT TO THE
 CITY?S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, PARKING
 SPACES AT A 60 DEGREE ANGLE REQUIRE 18 FEET OF DRIVE
 AISLE. BASED UPON THE DRIVE AISLE WIDTH, THE SPACES CAN
 BE 45 DEGREES (MAY REQUIRE THE LOSS OF 1 SPACE) OR THE
 SPACES CAN BE MOVED TO THE SOUTHEAST TO PROVIDE THE
 ADDITIONAL DRIVE AISLE WIDTH.
  
 2. IT IS RECOMMENDED FOR THE ANGLED PARKING SPACES, AS
 WELL AS THE THREE (3) SPACES ALONG BEACON CIRCLE, THAT
 THE WHEEL STOPS BE REMOVED, THE CURB RELOCATED TO
 PROVIDE A STALL LENGTH OF 16 FEET OF ASPHALT, WITH 2
 FEET OF OVERHANG INTO THE LANDSCAPE AREA. THE OVERHANG
 SHALL NOT CONTAIN ANYTHING OTHER THAN SOD OR
 GROUNDCOVER.
  
 3. THREE (3) CRAPE MYRTLE TREES ARE SHOWN IN THE
 UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG BEACON CIRCLE. THE TREES SHALL
 BE LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE EASEMENT, OR AN EASEMENT
 CONSENT SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM ALL UTILITY COMPANIES.
  
 4. REPEAT COMMENT - PLEASE PROVIDE OUTSTANDING LETTERS
 OF NO OBJECTION FROM THE UTILITY COMPANIES.
  
 5. REPEAT COMMENT - PRIOR TO APPROVAL BY THE CITY, ALL
 PLANS MUCH BE APPROVED BY THE CONGRESS CROSSING
 ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD, AS REQUIRED BY THE CONGRESS
 CROSSING DEVELOPMENT ORDER (ORD. 4146-08). PLEASE
 PROVIDE PROOF OF SUCH APPROVAL.

 A) WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL
 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.
  
 B) 6 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11IN X
 17IN), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
