| | SHALL NOT CONTAIN ANYTHING OTHER THAN SOD OR |
| | GROUNDCOVER. |

| | 3. THREE (3) CRAPE MYRTLE TREES ARE SHOWN IN THE |
| | UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG BEACON CIRCLE. THE TREES SHALL |
