 1. PLEASE PROVIDE A JUSTIFICATION LETTER THAT OUTLINES
 THE FOLLOWING:
  
  A. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST.
  
  B. RELATED BACKGROUND INFORMATION ON THE PROJECT AND
 SITE.
  
  C. JUSTIFICATION, SPECIAL REASONS, OR BASIS FOR THE
 REQUEST.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE COPIES OF LETTERS OF NO OBJECTION
 FROM ALL UTILITY COMPANIES.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE A CHECK IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,148 TO
 COVER THE COST OF THE FEES. THE CHECK SUBMITTED WITH
 THE APPLICATION WAS FOR $1,848 AND WILL BE RETURNED TO
 YOU. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT ONLY A MINOR PD AMENDMENT
 WAS NEEDED; THEREFORE, THE COST OF THE FEES IS REDUCED.
  
 4. PRIOR TO APPROVAL BY THE CITY, ALL PLANS MUCH BE
 APPROVED BY THE CONGRESS CROSSING ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW
 BOARD, AS REQUIRED BY THE CONGRESS CROSSING DEVELOPMENT
 ORDER (ORD. 4146-08). PLEASE PROVIDE PROOF OF SUCH
 APPROVAL.
  
 5. PLEASE NOTE THE SPECIES OF SOD PROPOSED. PER THE
 CONGRESS CROSSING DEVELOPMENT ORDER (ORD. 4146-08), ALL
 GRASS ARES SHALL BE PLANTED WITH SOLID SOD OF ST.
 AUGUSTINE FLORATAM VARIETY.
  
 6. ALL SHADE AND FLOWERING TREES SHALL POSSESS A
 MINIMUM OF 5 FEET OF CLEAR TRUNK. ADDITIONALLY, PER THE
 CONGRESS CROSSING DEVELOPMENT ORDER (ORD. 4146-08), ALL
 TREES ARE TO HAVE A MATURE HEIGHT OF AT LEAST 15 FEET
 AND A MATURE CROWN SPREAD OF 15 FEET OR GREATER. A
 CROWN SPREAD OF LESS THAN 15 FEET IS PERMITTED IF
 GROUPINGS OF TREE SPECIES ARE CREATED WITH A COMBINED
 OVERALL SPREAD OF AT LEAST 15 FEET.
  
 7. PLEASE NOTE ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS THAT ALL
 LANDSCAPE MATERIAL SHALL BE FLORIDA NO. 1 OR BETTER.
  
 8. THE PARKING DETAIL ON SHEET C-04 SHALL CONFORM TO
 THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR AN
 ELECTRONIC COPY OF THE APPROVED PARKING DETAIL.
  
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE PROPOSED DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE. THE ENCLOSURE SHALL MEET THE MINIMUM
 REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-444(B) OF THE CITY?S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 10. SHRUBS SHALL BE PLACED AT A SPACING OF 24 INCHES.
 THE COCOPLUM LISTED IN THE PLANT LIST HAS BEEN
 IDENTIFIED AS HAVING A SPACING OF 30 INCHES.
  
 11. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OPEN SPACE LANDSCAPE
 CALCULATIONS SHALL BE BASED UPON THE MINIMUM REQUIRED
 OPEN SPACE (40%), WHICH EQUATES TO 26,008. PLEASE
 ADJUST ALL CALCULATIONS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 12. THE QUANTITIES SHOWN AS ?PROVIDED? IN THE LANDSCAPE
 COMPLIANCE TABLE NEED TO MATCH THE QUANTITIES OF
 EXISTING AND PROPOSED.
  
 13. PLEASE PROVIDE A XERISCAPE TABLE INDICATING
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-442(G) OF THE CITY?S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 14. AN ADDITIONAL LIVE OAK SHOULD BE INSTALLED IN THE
 EASTERN-MOST ISLAND IN THE MIDDLE PARKING ROW, TO MATCH
 THE ISLAND THAT IS AT THE WEST END OF THAT ROW.
  
 15. IT APPEARS THAT THERE MAY BE CONFLICTS BETWEEN
 VEHICLES THAT WOULD BE EXISTING THE PARKING AT THE
 SOUTHERN-MOST END OF THE PARKING LOT AND THOSE VEHICLES
 THAT WOULD BE STACKED IN LINE AT THE DRIVE-THRU TELLER
 LANE. THERE SHOULD BE SUFFICIENT STACKING FOR 5 CARS
 PER WINDOW. PLEASE INDICATE SUCH STACKING ON THE SITE
 PLAN.
  
 16. IT IS SUGGESTED THAT THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND LOCATED
 IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NORTHERN-MOST PARKING ROW BE
 PLACED CENTRALLY IN THE ROW OF PARKING, WITH 6 SPACES
 ON EITHER SIDE OF IT AS OPPOSED TO 9 AND 3 SPACES.

 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
