| | EXPLORED. STAFF WANTS TO ENSURE THAT THE BUILDING HAS A |
| | PRESENCE ON THE STREET, INCLUDING THE CORNER OF SOUTH |
| | DIXIE HIGHWAY AND DESOTA ROAD, AND THAT ARCHITECTURAL |
| | CHARACTER EXIST IN THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. |
| | FENESTRATION, AWNINGS, PROJECTIONS OR CANOPIES, ETC. |
| | COULD ALL BE LOOKED AT. SOME IMPROVEMENTS TO THE |
| | EXISTING BUILDING COULD BE INCLUDED. |

| | 14. BICYCLE PARKING SHALL BE PROVIDED AT A RATIO OF ONE |
| | (1) SPACE PER 20 VEHICULAR PARKING SPACES. PLEASE |
