 COMCAST IS REQUIRED. THERE CANNOT BE ANY ASSUMPTIONS.
 PLEASE FOLLOW-UP WITH COMCAST ON THE STATUS.).
  
  
 SITE PLAN:
  
 1.) FDOT APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR THE ON STREET PARKING
 AND STRIPING ALONG SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY. (REPEAT COMMENT
 FROM 6/11/14: THE APPLICANT IS AWARE OF THIS
 REQUIREMENT. AS INDICATED IN THE RESPONSE LETTER, A
 LETTER FROM FDOT IS FORTHCOMING.)
  
  
 2.) PLEASE UPDATE THE NOTE REGARDING THE DUMPSTER IN
 THE "NOTES" SECTION IN SHEET SP-1.
  
  
 LANDSCAPE PLAN:
  
 1.) THE QUANTITIES OF MONTGOMERY PALMS (VM3),
 BOUGAINVILLEA (BS1) AND BLUE RUG JUNIPER (JBR) DOES NOT
 MATCH THE QUANTITIES PROVIDED IN THE PLAN. PLEASE
 ADDRESS.
  
 2.) THE AMOUNT OF OPEN SPACE PROVIDED (PER THE
 DEFINITION IN S.94-611 OF THE ZLDR) IS 6,575 SQ. FT.
 AND NOT 4,620 SQ. FT. PLEASE ADDRESS IN THE OVERALL
 LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENT TABLE IN SHEET LP-1.
