 GENERAL COMMENTS:

 2. FDOT APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR THE ON-STREET PARKING
 AND STRIPING ON SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY.
  
 3. THE INGRESS/EGRESS ON EDGEWOOD DRIVE SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE ENGINEERING SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT.
  
 4. A CONCURRENCY LETTER FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY IS
 REQUIRED. PLEASE SUBMIT.
  
 5. SUBMIT A LETTER FROM COMCAST CONFIRMING THE PROPOSED
 PROJECT DOES NOT ENCROACH INTO THEIR EASEMENTS OR
 OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THEIR
 SERVICES.
  
 6. PROVIDE WRITTEN CONFIRMATION THAT THE PUBLIC
 UTILITIES DEPARTMENT HAS REVIEWED THE PROPOSAL FOR
 WATER, SEWAGE TREATMENT, STORM DRAINAGE AND GARBAGE
 COLLECTION SERVICES.
  
 SITE PLAN:
  
 1. IDENTIFY THE LOCATION OF ANY MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 FOR THE PROJECT (I.E. A/C UNITS, ETC.). THE MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FT. INTO A

 2. RELOCATE THE ADA PARKING STALL CLOSER TO THE
 ENTRANCE OF THE BUILDING. (ZLDR S.94-485(O)(2))
  
 3. THE ADA PARKING STALL SHALL HAVE A PERMANENT SIGN OF
 COLOR, DESIGNED BY THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF
 TRANSPORTATION. PLEASE ILLUSTRATE THE DETAIL. (ZLDR

 4. THE MINIMUM DRIVE AISLE WIDTH FOR 45 DEGREE ANGLED

 LANDSCAPE PLAN:
  
 1. EACH ROW OF PARKING SHALL BE TERMINATED BY LANDSCAPE
 ISLANDS OF NOT LESS THAN 5 FT. IN WIDTH AND NO LESS
 THAN THE LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING STALL. (ZLDR

 2. IDENTITY WHERE THE MEZZANINE SPACE WILL BE LOCATED
 IN THE FLOOR PLAN (SHEET A1.0). PROVIDE DETAILS.
  
 SIGNAGE:
  
 1. THE MAXIMUM SUM TOTAL AREA OF THE FREESTANDING SIGN
 SHALL NOT EXCEED 100 SQ. FT. (ZLDR S.94-408(A)(2)B.)
  
 2. THE SIGN AREA CALCULATION IN THE SIGN DETAIL (SHEET
