 SPACE REQUIREMENTS PROVIDED IN LA DRAWINGS IS NOT
 SUFFICIENT. PLEASE INDICATE COMPLIANCE FOR EACH OF THE
 PARCELS REGARDING THE AMOUNT OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE
 REQUIRED, PRIVATE OPEN SPACE REQUIRED, PERCENTAGE OF
 VEGETATED AREA REQUIRED, AND PERCENTAGE OF TREE CANOPY
 ACCORDING TO TABLE IV-7 AND IV-8. TABLE SHALL ALSO
 INCLUDE CALCULATIONS FOR THE PUBLIC OPEN SPACE
 REQUIRED.
 4. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING PROPOSED BRIDGE IS
 MISSING. FLOOR PLANS FOR 3RD, 4RD AND 5TH FLOOR MISSING

 A BRIDGE ALSO ON 5TH FLOOR.
 8. GROSS SQUARE FOOTAGE CALCULATIONS PROVIDED SEEM NOT
 TO INCLUDE A PORTION OF THE LOBBLY ON CLEMATIS STREET.
 PLEASE CLARIFY THE USE OF AREA EXCLUDED AROUND THE
 ELEVATOR ON THE 11TH FOOR, CORRIDORS LEADING TO
 MECHANICAL ROOMS SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THE FAR. IN
 GENERAL, PLEASE CONFIRM THE GROSS BUILDING AREA FOR ALL
 THE FLOOR. A ROUGH ESTIMATE OF THE FIRST FLOOR
 CALCULATED BY STAF FRESULTS IN 14,830SF VS 12,690SF
 INDICATED IN SHEET A-14 FOR THE CLEMATIS STREET
 BUILDING.
 SCHOOL BOARD APPROVAL IS FOR 166 UNITS, AND THE PROJECT
 CURRENTLY PROPOSED 168, PLEASE OBTAIN REVISED APPROVAL.
 10. ELEVATIONS PROVIDED AR BLACK AND WHITE AND IT IS
 VERY DIFFICULT TO READ THE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN. PLEASE
 PROVIDE COLORED ELEVATIONS WITH SHADOWS TO BETTER ALLOW
 THE BUILDING ELEVATION REVIEW. THEY COULD BE RPOVIDED
 AT 11 BY 17 SIZE.
 13. PLEASE PROVIDE BACK UP INFORMATION TO CONFIRM
 COMPLIANCE WITH TABLE IV-4: FACADE ARTICULATION
 REQUIREMENTS. COMPLIANCE WITH PLANAR BREAK AND BLANK
 WALL WILL BE REQUIRED BETWEEN OTHERS INCLUDED IN
 TABLE.WHAT IS THE PROPOSED TREATMENT FOR THE WALL
 ADJACENT TO FPL?
 14. AUTO TURN ANALYSIS WAS NOT INCLUDED WITH
 RESUBMITTAL.
 17. FOUNTAIN INDICATED AS REMOVED IN RESPONSE LETTER IS
 STILL SHOWN IN LA AND SITE PLAN DRAWINGS. IT SHALL BE
 REMOVED OR MOVED CLOSER TO THE BUILDING AS IT BLOCKS

 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS FRO 2ND REVIEW
 1. PARKING ON NORTH SIDE OF ALLEY REQUIRES A 5 FEET
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER. ONE ALTERNATIVE IS TO RELOCATE THE
 PARKING AS 90 DEGREE BACKING UP ON THE ALLEY (BACK UP
 WIDTH SHALL BE MIN. 24').
 2. TREE GRATES ALONG DATURA STREET SHALL BE LOCATED
 ADJACENT TO THE BACK OF CURB.
 3. ENTIRE SIDEWALK WIDTH ALONG DATURA STREET SHALL BE
 CONCRETE.
 4. A TRANSITIONAL PAVER DESIGN SHALL BE DONE AT
 CLEMATIS AND ROSEMARY, AND ROSEMARY AND DATURA. FURTHER
 DISCUSSION NEEDED.
 5. PROPOSED CURB CUT ON DATURA ST. EXCEED MAXIMUM CURB
 CUT ALLOWED. MAXIMUM PERMITTED IS 25'.
 6. DUE TO THE PROPOSED RAMP SLOPE A BREAK OVER
 TRANSITION IS REQUIRED.
 7. PARKING RAMP CANNOT START WITHIN THE MINIMUM
 REQUIRED SETBACK.
 8. BIKE RACK SHALL FOLLOW CITY STANDARD.
 9. ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IN ROOF SHALL BE ENCLOSED
 AND SCREENED.
 10. PLEASE DIMENSION ALL PARKING SPACES INSIDE GARAGE.
 11. ALL SETBACKS ARE MEASURED FROM THE BACK OF CURB,
 NOT THE FACE OF CURB.
 12. PLEASE PROVIDE COLORED ELEVATIONS, PREFERABLY WITH
 SHADOWS. BLACK AND WHITE COPIES ARE REALLY DIFFICULT TO
 READ. PRINTED COLORED ELEVATIONS CAN BE 11 BY 17.
 13.PLEASE INCLUDE A STRUCTURAL SOIL DETAIL FOR ALL
 AREAS AROUND TREE GRATES (10' AROUND TREE UNDER
 SIDEWALK).
 14. PLEASE STUDY THE POSIBILITY TO RELOCATE THE WATER
 METER AND RPZ TO THE ALLEY FRONTAGE.
 15. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CONFIRM COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL BUILDING REQUIREMENT ELEMENTS FOR EACH PARCEL
 (FOOTPRINT).
 16. DROP-OFF AREA ON CLEMATIS STREET IS NOT PERMITTED,
