 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. THE LABEL ON THE FENCE BETWEEN THE ENTRANCE DRIVE
 AND SERVICE DRIVE REFERS TO DETAIL ON SHEET SP-2. A NEW
 SP-2 WAS NOT PROVIDED; AND THE PREVIOUS SP-2 JUST
 REFERENCES A STANDARD 4-FOOT WROUGHT IRON FENCE. IT IS
 MY UNDERSTANDING FROM OUR DISCUSSIONS THAT THIS FENCE
 WILL RECESS INTO THE GROUND DURING THE HOURS WHEN THE
 PUBLIC WALKWAY IS OPEN. PLEASE CLARIFY. IF IT IS TO BE
 MOVABLE, PLEASE NOTE SUCH ON THE PLANS.
  
 2. THE PHOTOMETRIC LEVELS ON SHEET L-4.02 ARE DIFFICULT
 TO READ. PLEASE INCREASE THE SIZE OF THE LABELS,
 PROVIDE THE LEVELS AT THE PROPERTY LINES, AND ENSURE
 THAT THE LEVELS DO NOT EXCEED 0.5 FOOTCANDLES AT THE
 PROPERTY LINE. SHIELDING MAY BE REQUIRED.
  
 3. WHILE THE PROPOSED GREEN WALL WOULD LIKELY BE
 SUFFICIENT, IT WAS ENVISIONED THAT IT WOULD BE MORE OF
 A "MANICURED", "ARTISTIC" AND "FINISHED" LOOK THAN A
 VINE GROWING ON A WIRE LATTICE. SOME OF THE IMAGES
 PROVIDED BY GOOGLE IMAGES WHEN USING THE SEARCH PHRASE
 "GREEN WALLS" IS WHAT STAFF WAS ENVISIONING. WOULD
 THERE BE ANY CONSIDERATION OF DOING THIS TYPE OF
 STRUCTURE?

 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
  
 F) IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE MAY 20, 2014,
 PLANNING BOARD AGENDA, ALL COMMENTS SHALL BE
 SATISFACTORILY ADDRESSED. PLEASE SUBMIT ALL REVISED
 DOCUMENTS/PLANS NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, MAY 2, 2014.
  
 G) TO BE PLACED ON THE MAY 20, 2014, PLANNING BOARD
 AGENDA, SIGNS SHALL BE POSTED ON THE PROPERTY NO LATER
 THAN MAY 5, 2014. SIGNAGE SHALL CONFORM AND BE
 INSTALLED WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY?S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, AS ALSO PROVIDED IN
 THE DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION. A SIGNED AND NOTARIZED
 AFFIDAVIT SHALL BE PROVIDED BY THE DEADLINE REFERENCED
 ABOVE.
