| | REFERENCES A STANDARD 4-FOOT WROUGHT IRON FENCE. IT IS |
| | MY UNDERSTANDING FROM OUR DISCUSSIONS THAT THIS FENCE |
| | WILL RECESS INTO THE GROUND DURING THE HOURS WHEN THE |
| | PUBLIC WALKWAY IS OPEN. PLEASE CLARIFY. IF IT IS TO BE |
| | MOVABLE, PLEASE NOTE SUCH ON THE PLANS. |

| | 2. THE PHOTOMETRIC LEVELS ON SHEET L-4.02 ARE DIFFICULT |
| | TO READ. PLEASE INCREASE THE SIZE OF THE LABELS, |
| | PROVIDE THE LEVELS AT THE PROPERTY LINES, AND ENSURE |
| | THAT THE LEVELS DO NOT EXCEED 0.5 FOOTCANDLES AT THE |
| | PROPERTY LINE. SHIELDING MAY BE REQUIRED. |

| | 3. WHILE THE PROPOSED GREEN WALL WOULD LIKELY BE |
| | SUFFICIENT, IT WAS ENVISIONED THAT IT WOULD BE MORE OF |
| | A "MANICURED", "ARTISTIC" AND "FINISHED" LOOK THAN A |
| | VINE GROWING ON A WIRE LATTICE. SOME OF THE IMAGES |
