 2. PLEASE PROVIDE LIGHITNING DETAILS.
  
 3. WHAT IF THE LANDSCAPE AND SIDEWALK WERE FLIPPED TO
 PROVIDE WALKWAY UP AGAINST SEAWALL, AND ALLOW
 LANDSCAPING TO MEANDER ALONG THE BUILDING FOUNDATION.
 POSSIBLE LOCATION OF GREEN WALL ALONG EAST AND SOUTH
 FA?ADE OF ELEVATION.

 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
